It was one of my favorite places to go when I always felt down the employes were friendly and everything I went to get something since well not a great day for me and when I arrive it was burned down. 😢

It was my favorite Papa John's to go to, but unfortunately it burned down. This really sucks and I hope they can recover. They had an amazing staff here, the food was always cooked well and it was always on time! Best wishes and hopefully a speedy recovery to this place!

I ordered a pizza online to pick it up, I found it incredible that in 10 to 20 minutes it would be ready. Living 3 minutes away from the place, they sent me the message that it was ready in exactly 10 minutes when I picked it up and arrived and surprise it was completely cold I don't even know how many hours it had been ready, it's a shame that the service has been very bad... reading the comments it seems to me that all the work they are doing is not being carried out in the correct manner. They should reevaluate themselves and come up with strategies so that they truly are the first!! Remember that customers deserve excellent quality in food because they are even tipped.

I need to give props to the Kearns store. I accidentally sent a pickup order there instead of Tooele (app likely switched stores due to the big Xfinity outage). Called the store as a courtesy to let them know I wouldn't be picking it up. I did not ask for a refund, but they gave me one anyway. Good people ?

Ordered delivery, it’s apparently delivered through Doordash unbeknownst to us. Our pizza was silently left in front of our doorstep to be eaten by the bugs. When we noticed it was out there we called for a replacement because it was completely inedible, it went straight to the dumpster. Got the replacement and they forgot the cheese bread. The pizza is delicious but the service is unreliable at best.

Love this location. Sometimes they get busy, but that is expected for yummy places. They are always friendly, delivwe good food, and are honest if they don't have the staff to get your food out right away. Sometimes it's the lack of staffing that makes it take long for your food. They still try to deliver good food, even if it takes longer than usual.
Pizza was cold. Not a fan! I threw it away. A waste of money. Delivery driver was awesome!

I ordered a pizza at 4:37 p.m. on 03.25.24. By 5:37 p.m it still had not been delivered. I called the store. They said they had to remake the pizza. They couldn't tell me why and mentioned it could be another 30 minutes before it was delivered. I mentioned I had little ones that couldn't wait any longer and asked for a refund which they said they would issue back to my card. This location seems to struggle. In the past they left the pizza on the door step but didn't knock or ring the bell so the pizza was cold. Unfortunately, it is the only one that delivers to my area.
