I need to give props to the Kearns store. I accidentally sent a pickup order there instead of Tooele (app likely switched stores due to the big Xfinity outage). Called the store as a courtesy to let them know I wouldn't be picking it up. I did not ask for a refund, but they gave me one anyway. Good people ?

Ordered delivery, it’s apparently delivered through Doordash unbeknownst to us. Our pizza was silently left in front of our doorstep to be eaten by the bugs. When we noticed it was out there we called for a replacement because it was completely inedible, it went straight to the dumpster. Got the replacement and they forgot the cheese bread. The pizza is delicious but the service is unreliable at best.

Love this location. Sometimes they get busy, but that is expected for yummy places. They are always friendly, delivwe good food, and are honest if they don't have the staff to get your food out right away. Sometimes it's the lack of staffing that makes it take long for your food. They still try to deliver good food, even if it takes longer than usual.

I ordered a pizza at 4:37 p.m. on 03.25.24. By 5:37 p.m it still had not been delivered. I called the store. They said they had to remake the pizza. They couldn't tell me why and mentioned it could be another 30 minutes before it was delivered. I mentioned I had little ones that couldn't wait any longer and asked for a refund which they said they would issue back to my card. This location seems to struggle. In the past they left the pizza on the door step but didn't knock or ring the bell so the pizza was cold. Unfortunately, it is the only one that delivers to my area.
Pizza was great, getting parking is a joke here though.

We ordered at 3:15 pm, the confirmation email said 29 minutes for delivery. At 4:10 pm I went out to check the mail and found out pizzas sitting on the porch, stone cold. We were in the front room the whole time with our pets, if anyone would have knocked we would have known. Terrible service. I understand why this place has such low ratings.

If I could give zero stars I would. We are long tome customers who will never be ordering again. Driver could not locate the address and dud not communicate in English. Called to cancel the order and the guy was rude and hung up on me. Never again!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a pizza at 4 o'clock to have delivered at 6:00. Pizza didn't arrive until 6:50. When I called and asked about it they refused to make any accommodations for being so late. Won't order from them again, and I will tell everyone to avoid it based solely on the "customer service" that I received. Kiddos were starving.
