ordered Lg Supreme and ultimate tavern style, very disappointed, sparse topping, just really wimpy for the price, probably won't order from them again, to bad used to really like pizzahut.
I recently made a purchase for delivery, and upon the arrival of the delivery driver, we encountered a language barrier. Despite my request for change for $40, the driver only had six dollars in his wallet and insisted on giving me that amount. Our attempts to communicate effectively were unsuccessful due to the language barrier. It would be beneficial for the company to ensure their drivers have adequate change to accommodate cash payments. Furthermore, the order was missing the ranch dressing that was requested, and the option to contact Pizza Hut for assistance was unfruitful as there was no response. Regrettably, the service provided was subpar, and I will not be patronizing this Pizza Hut in the future.
Messed up an order online, and they not only made me what I originally wanted but let me keep the order that they made on my mistake. Cashier was extremely friendly, and so was the manager. Fantastic staff đđŸ
The shift manager was extremely courteous and professional. The whole team was friendly, and even the delivery driver held the door for my son. He already wants to go back just for the people!
Excellent food at a good price
I should've just waited til my favorite pizza place was open, all I could taste was butter and my stomach hated me for trying to eat it
Well I never got to taste the pizza cause it never got delivered to me. The door dash delivery driver delivered my pizza somewhere else didnât even speak English when I tried to call him and talk to him hung up on me and then wouldnât answer his phone after that. so when I did call, they would send me to the service department and then they would transfer me to the store I ordered it from and they never would answer their phone it was always busy. Tried to call and report that I did not get my pizza 3x So after all that I had to drive down to the Pizza Hut and tell them I wanted a refund because I didnât get my pizza and I spent $50. . But the associate was good and refunded my money, but I will never order from Pizza Hut again and I think that DoorDash is horrible to hire people that donât even know English! Very disappointing. And whatâs really bad is I gave the driver Which he did not deserve it at all!
Bad pizza. Slow service. I'm sorry, this is just the worst pizza I've had in a long time. We hadn't tried Pizza Hut in years, so we figured we would check in and see if it was any good. NOPE. Won't eat Pizza Hut again for another ten years lol
We ordered pizza at this location it was hot and good, cheese bread it was good too.
Now that Pizza Hut uses doordash to deliver, my last couple of pizzas were just room temperature when it arrived. Had to reheat... Shame on you Pizza hut.

We ordered last night it said it would arrive at 7:40pm and didnât make it until 8:30 pm the delivery driver didnât speak English so he couldnât understand me and our food was cold :(

This is the worst experience I've had. Pizza hut didn't include half of my order & the pizza was smashed. No response to my complaint or refund. They subcontract deliveries to a 3rd party and assume no responsibility whatsoever.
