Now that Pizza Hut uses doordash to deliver, my last couple of pizzas were just room temperature when it arrived. Had to reheat... Shame on you Pizza hut.

We ordered last night it said it would arrive at 7:40pm and didn’t make it until 8:30 pm the delivery driver didn’t speak English so he couldn’t understand me and our food was cold :(

This is the worst experience I've had. Pizza hut didn't include half of my order & the pizza was smashed. No response to my complaint or refund. They subcontract deliveries to a 3rd party and assume no responsibility whatsoever.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. They don’t answer the phones when you’re missing items from your order. Don’t order from this location. They forgot three items! Three! Then they would hang up the phone on me when I called. Now I remember why I don’t order from this location.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes while there were 4 door dashers/uber eats etc waiting for their orders to deliver. No one came to the front, I called them and the girl answered can I place you on hold? I said noooo I’m at the front waiting to get serviced.

I knew she wasn’t alone because she was talking to other people (employees)

She came threw my food at me and even though I paid $1.00 for extra marinara sauce it came in a 2 oz cup. When I order marinara it usually comes in a 4 oz cup.

Pizza Hut get new managment for this location - I’ve traveled all over the world but this Pizza Hut takes a the award for the WORST location ever.

Parking: Free parking lot because there are no tables or customers.

This is the third time I’ve had my order canceled on me without so much as a phone call. I order online follow all the instructions and the stupid tracker never updates beyond “preparing your pizza” even hours after their supposed to have the stupid pizza delivered already. This store is a joke.

If We could give this place 0 starts we would. We encountered a horrible experience last time we ordered here. Over 100 dollar order and paid for extra cheese when we got our pizzas there was no sauce. No cheese on the pizzas. I called and called for 4 hours and was told repeatedly someone would call me back on Monday between 5 and 515pm and nothing. We decided to try again... WE SHOULDNT HAVE. The flavor was awful, extremely sparce on the cheese and there was so much pizza sauce when you took a bite it oozed out everywhere. We paid extra for pan pizza and that is not what we received either. Also, we saw our order on the back counter and you could Definitely tell all the workers avoiding the front counter at all costs so after 15 minutes of waiting my husband literally leaned over the counter as far as he could to get someone's attention then the lady proceeded to say it wasn't ready yet they were waiting on the wings when our order had been clearly ready for a while and so my husband said I'm pretty sure that's it and pointed to it and she then was all shocked and said sorry yea this is yours. The wings were dry. Hardly no sauce and cold. Pizza was not what we ordered and taste was not good. Highly do NOT recommend pizza hut. Please take your business and money somewhere else. This isn't even half of it. Oh and when trying to call the store you CANT they make it humanly impossible to get any assistance at all. This is horribly ran company and needs major help or to be completely out of business.

I paid for extra cheese and it barely had cheese. The cinnabons had hardly any icing. And when I tried to call, the store would answer then hang up

Redemption. I ordered take-out, It was delicious!! Cinnabon weren't over-cooked and smothered in frosting as it should be! Pizza was perfect!! Prices were very steep, and looks like all my points I saved up expired?!

However, Cheese Breadsticks were still overcooked and nothing like they advertise.

Did not have a chance to try the food. But was disgusted from the service when we walked in. No one came up to help even when we said “hello!” My girlfriend made eye contact with the women there and nothing. We were there for the intent to eat and got no help or even the audacity to say a word for ignoring us. So we left to “Big Daddy’s pizza.” Never come to this location.

I rarely review anything, and generally only when it was such a wonderful experience I want to acknowledge it. This was the exact opposite of that, unfortunately.
This morning was a rare moment when I had some time alone with my youngest while everyone else was still sleeping. We snuggled and watch the Super Mario movie. During that we decided we wanted pizza for late breakfast, since MARIO…So I ordered online before the store opened. I received all the texts with confirmation and then when it would be delivered, who the driver was, that they were waiting on the order, etc. After it was supposed to have been delivered - I check and it says “order cancelled”. What??! I tried calling and was hung up on. Twice. Then I ordered again and THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN!!! Then AGAIN with ANOTHER DRIVER!! Thats THREE times three drivers. (Still two times having ordered. Tried calling again and was hung up on again. Called the order line and was transferred into the store and let it ring until someone answered. He said it must’ve been a door dash problem and that he’d make new pizzas and get them right to me…

45 minutes later we got cold, soggy pizzas delivered to us and paid full price, plus the delivery fees and tip for that.

I’m blown away by just how awful this experience was. Clearly, they know there’s a problem with having DoorDash deliver and yet this is being allowed over and over again - judging by the reviews. What a shame.
