After waiting for over 30 minutes for a simple shake I left. Unbelievable and they were clearly understaffed. I saw only 2 employees, one running out orders and one making the food. Will not be returning I’m so angry.

Place was upsetting. Really had to use the restroom and they wouldn't allow us to use it. Supposedly it's not for the public. hey no longer had any pickle fries available and the burgers we got had very stale hard bread. Not to mention the fact that the manager was a complete jerk. Won't be coming here again. Disgusting service.

I wish I could give a zero for service. They are extremely slow in getting food out, even when you ask someone for help, they often ignore you and my food is consistently wrong. I had stopped going for over a year because of this and decided to go today. They couldn’t get my card to read correctly for a long time and then when I got home and started eating my shake, they left out ingredients I paid extra for. Never going back.

I used to order all time on order ahead and had no problems. Until today where the app said it was gonna be ready 2:54 and got there at 2:53. 10-12 minutes passed and not once did they bring out my order out. Someone else got there after me and got served before I did. Slushies are already melted and the bacon ranch queso wraps are cold as well. Never again am I ordering from this location

I honestly felt a little bad for the workers today, when I saw a car peeling into the drive thru and wave a receipt in the workers face, and then see the worker leave and come back with a $1 bill, clearly they short changed him, but $1 is just stupid to be mad about. Then when we paid a $28 purchase with $40 in cash, and was only given $1 and change, and didn’t realize til we got home that $10+ was not given back to us. Whoever was working the till on 02/28/25 @5pm, can suck it. Hope you enjoy your “tip” especially from people who are struggling, and wanted a good meal. I gave 2 stars because the food was good, but y’all SUCK.

Don’t go even if there’s 25 mins till close because every worker will ignore you and wait for the screens to say they’re closed.

This has happened many times, each time hoping it was a fluke but nope. Each and everytime they never answer.

Go to the Arctic Circle across the street instead.

We ordered two RT 44 drinks and got two large drinks instead, unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home because the drinks were in a carrier.

This location is supposed to open at 8 am. I am pass by every morning on my commute. I have tried to stop for breakfast 3 or 4 times at 8:05 and 8:10. They are never open on time. NEVER. I wonder how much revenue is being missed out due to lazy employees who can't be bothered to show up on time. I think the owner/franchisee should be aware. That or they need to change their open times on Google.
