Husband went in to get a sandwich today. the employees making his sandwich got into an argument right in front of him saying one employee "needs to go home but he needs managers approval telling him we can't have four people on staff right now. You need to clock out if you're waiting for approval." the other employee told them he already had approval and the other employees kept raising his voice right in front of my husband. the other employees literally made him stop making my husbands sandwich and made him clock out. My husband told them never mind and that they shouldn't be doing that in front of a customer. We wont be going back to that location if that's the type of environment they have with their employees. Very unprofessional and management needs to address this with their employees.

I just ordered (Door dash) the Hotshot Italiano with extra meat/pepperoni and got neither of those. I'm sick and tired of paying for things that I don't get!!

This place keeps going down and down, they make the sandwich on the middle of the bun instead of one side of the bun, don’t even tuck the veggies in after being done making the sandwich. Ive gone to this place 5 times and not one time have I been satisfied with my sandwich, I shouldn’t have had to pay for my sandwiches. I am so disappointed, I will not be going to this location anymore

The employees didn’t listen to me and my girlfriend when we came in starting making my sandwich and I noticed he used the wrong meat and cheese then when making the correct sandwich he kept putting extra on when I asked for light lettuce didn’t spread the sauce around cut the sandwich already wrapped found pieces of paper in the sandwiches and didn’t cut them until we asked and put wrong cheese on it and somehow burnt the cheese

I come to this subway regularly, today they had a new person who is obviously not trained very well. He messed up one of my sandwiches twice and I did not have enough time to stay for him to make another sandwich. He wasn’t trained to cut sandwiches or how to use a knife to push the toppings into the sandwich then cut it. He wasn’t even going to cut our sandwiches we had to ask him to cut which should be automatic unless someone asks for it to be whole.

What happened to this Subway? You were always greeted, not today. I had to repeat my order 3 times, and finally he got it. No thanks for coming in, it felt more like he was being put out. This used to be the best Subway?????

Did an online order for three sandwiches. All three sandwiches were incorrect on all levels. Wrong sauce, wrong vegetables, wrong bread. They even forgot the double protein that was selected.

Don’t know how you get this wrong. The Instructions that were given, are straight forward and simple. If you’re paying these people more than $12 an hour, you’re wasting your money.

Will not be going back to this location. Especially when this job could be handled by a 4th grader.
