I've ordered from this specific restaurant 3 different times, always the same exact order and they have screwed it up every single time. There are missing toppings, I order double protein and they do not add the extra protein, the mayonnaise is all over the outside of the bread and paper. I will not be ordering here anymore, they used to be good, I'm not sure what happened. I eat subway almost 5 times a week.

Came in with two people ahead of me. Took me 25 minutes to get food. Didn't have two veggies I wanted. Toasted less than usual. More expensive than it should be.
Bad experience overall wish I had my money back.

I use DoorDash tonight. I spent $40
Only to get it delivered, the bread was burnt and hard as a rock
I tried for over an hour to call the store to see if I can just drive up and get it replaced and no one will answer
I would advise not ordering food here unless you’re there watching what’s happening
Don’t bother ordering the nachos the container isn’t full and the burnt and dry chips and lack of your meat choice will keep you guessing on why you wasted $5 on these
I visited this subway tonight because it’s open until “11pm” and when I got there at 10:40pm, there were just teenagers working and cleaning up. I understand that I was cutting it close to their closing time but I have a pregnant woman waiting for me at home to bring home some food after our long work shifts. I didn’t think it would be an inconvenience to make me one quick sandwich. However when I got there the door was locked and I knocked, they saw me and ignored me very ignorantly.

First of all the guy working behind the counter has a very bad attitude front the start for no reason next he very puts the sandwich together very sloppy for me and my other two coworkers and to top it off he put a tip on the order and I didn’t notice until I was back at work.
Workers don't care how sandwiches look They just throw everything on top and smash it together.Expecting it to be edible They need training and to hire somebody over twenty To manage the kids there

I know i won't be getting a response back from this at all by the owner or the manager or whoever looks at these reviews at all since they do not care about them a single bit. Lucky that it is 2 stars and not one. Went in this evening, 2/8/2025, for a sandwich when it came to ring it up and pay the total was $8.76 for a ccc(cold cut combo) handed the young guy with glasses a $20.01, which he drops the penny in an envelope next to the cash register and retrieves it, but instead of ringing in the amount I gave him he only rings it up as a $20.00 and it kicks out $0.24 in change and hands me the penny back and the sandwich. Halfway home, it dawned on me that he didn't even bother to pull the rest of my change of $11.00 at all and had to return back to get it, then starts going off about him only putting the dollar amount in and only getting the 24 cents instead of a quarter which I would have liked instead of the 4 pennies plus the return of the penny I gave him since he didn't want to deal with putting a penny in and probably hoping that I wouldn't realize the other 11 dollars at all so he could keep it as claim it as a tip for himself! Just because he didn't want to put the full amount given to him doesn't mean he only puts in the amount he wants to put in that was given to them. See if I will ever be going back to this place again. I will go an extra 1-3 miles out of my way to another location instead, then this place, especially since I will not be getting a response back at all and that they don't train the staff correctly of what cash amount they are given including the cent amount and enter it in and not put the dollar amount in only! Every time I come to this one, they never do anything right at all. They make some kind of mistake. I will see if they respond back at all or if they just ignore it like every one else or they don't even bother to read this and actually do some more training with the employee's. We shall see how much they care, by getting a response back or not! See ya subway at 6200 south and about 4900 west
