I order a mexican pizza that shit was squished cause the put it underneath the other food they not so smart people it seems like
They don't want to serve you they want you to use their electronic menu which I hate. Then they make you feel stupid because you don't know how to work their machines. Customer service doesn't exist at this location, they think the only responsibility they have is making tacos.

Food is great, the baja blast is my favorite.
I’ve been here a few times now because it’s on my home. I have ordered the same thing each time, and despite only ordering food for two people, three of my last five orders have been wrong. Either something is missing or swapped for a completely different menu item that I never even mentioned wanting. This would be forgivable if it were an isolated incident but the consistency with which my order is fulfilled incorrectly is rather annoying.
All honesty I rated high because the food is good but most the time you'll not even get the right order
UPDATE 28JAN2025 Visit Attempt 13: All food was made PERFECTLY, with the exception of the Bean Burrito that was supposed to be grilled; however, I received all items and the service was great for the fourth visit in a row. Well done! I changed the overall rating to 4 stars.

UPDATE 24JAN2025 Visit Attempt 10 received all items and sauces. Order was complete and correct. Bravo to the Team working tonight. They met expectations, and exceeded them by providing a few extra sauces. Well done! Overall increase to 3 stars; Food increased to 4 stars; Service increased to 3 stars; and Atmosphere increased to 4 stars.
UPDATE 21JAN2025 Visit Attempt 9 missing 4 sauces from the requested amount. Food was made correctly. I still don't understand why they have an option for 15 as a selection if they refuse to honor it.
UPDATE 18JAN2025 Visit Attempt 8 I did not order any sauces, but when I spoke with the manager on 12JAN2025 they said that the crew automatically puts in 1 sauce per item regardless. This is not true. Food was good, but disappointed about not receiving any sauces.
UPDATE 16JAN2025 Visit: Attempt 7 missing 1 sauce from the requested amount. Food was warm and made correctly. Received correct beverage. Overall rating went from 1 star to 2 stars. Food rating changed from 1 star to 3 stars. Service rating increased from 1 star to 2 stars. Atmosphere rating increased from 1 star to 2 stars.

UPDATE 12JAN2025 Visit: I decided to give them yet a 4th chance for delivery since I purchased the 30 Day Pass. Today, the driver left out my beverage and Taco Bell only provided 5 out of the 15 requested sauces. I called the store and talked with the manager on duty. He told me that the baggers are trained to put one sauce in per item, which I know is a lie. Also, why have an option for up to 15 sauces on the app if the request is not going to be honored. Furthermore, it looked like a 5 year old threw my cantina bowl together with little chicken, if you can call it that... it tastes like pure fat leftovers! I asked for a full refund and was told I would need to go through the app since the store does not get the card information for the orders submitted on the app. Piss poor customer service and employees that cannot read apparently...
11JAN2025 Visit: This Taco Bell apparently has employees incapable of reading... This is the THIRD order in a row in which I am missing items or did not receive the sauces requested. Tonight, they left out the cheese sauce for the side of nachos and cheese, hence the name, as well as only provided the hot sauce when mild sauce was requested for individuals that get heartburn. When I called about the issue, the individual took my name and said they would see if they can add a free item to my next delivery order, but what are the chances of that being correct? What would the item be? Surprise, we left out half your order this time... Pure ridiculousness. When someone requests sauces, why are they not being provided? Is there a sauce shortage? I doubt it! I warned them in my last private message that I would leave a poor review if they continued to provide poor service.
Fast service
I experienced poor service. The staff member who took my order lacked attention to detail and had poor listening skills. I had to repeat my order several times, and her giggling about it was unprofessional. Finding a hair in my food when I got home made things worse. When I called to complain, the person who answered didn't seem to care. Please look into improving your food service.
There food is crap. Don't go here.

My chicken bowl had 2 pieces of chicken for $9, need to figure out a way to be consistent with portions. It was like a beef of cabbage, not worth the price
Spent $30 in the drive through. Got home and the bag was soaked with grease. Disgusting.

The manage, a blonde lady with glasses is amazing. They were very busy on 11/5/2024 around 6pm. I had forgot my lunch, and stopped to grab something. The wait was 20 mins and I was gonna cancel my order because I didn't want to be late for work. This manager stepped up and got me out of there in less than 3 minutes. Thanks for the great customer service.
