If you want to get a $5 Craving Box, DONT go to this location. They charge $6.50. As per the guy that was taking the order, told us " We are NOT a CORPORATE store, we are a FRANCHISE so we can charge whatever we want!". Cool, good to know.

I love taco bell; however, I hate all of their questions. Double meat? Hell, no. Give me the right amount of meat in the first place. If I want jalapenos, I'll ask! Sour cream? I'll go home and get my own! Their taco meat is just a skiff of a teaser. Wont be going there. Easier to make it at home and get 5 HUGE TACOS instead of 3 that equal air tacos!

we ordered the five dollar deal that it shows on TV, however, the people working there charged us &6.49 because they didn't know anything about the TV deal. I also ordered some chips and cheese and the chips were rancid. The waiter did, however, give me some new chips that were much better.

My boyfriend and I stopped by after work, about 11:20pm-ish, the lady who took our order through the drive thru didn’t speak English and missed about half of our order and when I got up to the window I asked her if she could read it back to me and she goes “okay” and walked away to grab the only English speaking person in the building who was extremely nice and who I could tell was very frustrated, he read me back my order and I had to add a couple things, which he had to ask the line cook 5 different times to make me a singular soft taco because he didn’t understand what was being said. This store used to be really good, but the past couple times it’s sucked. The guy working on 12/13 way late at night that speaks English deserves a raise!

What is this??? ONE LAYER BURRITO?? I ordered a beefy 5 layer and last I checked, there was beef in there. Extremely disappointed. If I’m paying for an item, I better get the full item.

I must start off this the fact that this location used to be good. The service was good, the FACE TO FACE ordering was good, and the food was great. Recently though, it's different. I go almost every Friday and order the same thing. I don't eat meat so I'm very specific about my burrito and what's inside. I used to be able to make sure the person helping me got the correct order down for sure, but I can not longer do that. When the kiosk was new, they didn't have an option for no meat, so I would ask to order with a person. They would look at my like I was from a different planet, I mean really?? The last 5 or 6 times I've been there there has been some kind of issue. I've waited for around 30 minutes for my food, watching the staff simple sit and the counter and talk. My latest order was the last straw. I always check to make sure everything is in my bag and it was, so unassuming, I drove home. Get home, meat in my burrito. Drove all the way back and asked for a new burrito, and get no sympathy, not even a sorry. I'm honestly sick of this location and fed up with the staff. I'm on the verge of being willing to drive to the next nearest Taco Bell, an extra 3 miles away. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE!!! GO TO A DIFFERENT TACO BELL!!
