They were closed. Google said open until 10pm.
just went with friends, they served excellent snow cones and it was a wonderful day to end a hot summer day!
Way back when my parents used to own big chill. So when we saw them in hurricane I stopped to get my boys snow cones. They said they had just bought it, but we were pretty disappointed. There was WAY to much juice and the ice was basically and ice cube in a cup. Hoping things change, but really sad about how down hill it has gone.
It was sooooo good! My family loved it after a hot day in Zion Park!
Our group of 13 all had great snowcones. I had mangonada and it was good. Would have prefereed less syrup but like the ice cream in it.
This is the absolute slowest snow cone shack I have ever been to. Absolutely insane. Took over 30 minutes and there were 6 people ahead of us.
It’s also dirty. You can tell they never clean the outside. The employees are super indifferent and don’t care about anything either.
Cool little snow cone shop.

I could get a better snow cone from my refrigerator’s “crushed ice” dispenser. If their shaved ice is always this chunky I won’t be back.
I recently visited The Big Chill in Hurricane and ordered a large snow cone. The cost was $6, and I added a $1 tip, bringing the total to $7. Unfortunately, I found the Tiger’s Blood flavor to be lite and lacking, and the size of the snow cone was exceptionally small (they're currently not showing there cup sizes I would have never order one in the frist place if I had known). As a customer, I am disappointed and won't be back which is a shame because I love to support local businesses.

Average snowcone shack, nothing special. We weren't a fan of their ice it's very shard like and not a lot of flavor is put in.
I adore that they have sugar free options. I had my dogs with me and they made a pupsnowcone!
They do fun promotions and have sugar free options
