It was very nice to see a fellow native american working here. She was really nice and was a very passionate server to her customers. I would definitely recommend this Dennys now. Its service has improved in the past few times ive been here.

1st off we go to Denny's all over the State. My husband Always orders The Crazy Spicy skillet. They were out of the pepper sauce and it usually comes with tortillas Bread and Toast. At Every location we Have Dined in From Cedar City, St George, Nephi, Salina, Orem, West Valley, Saratoga Springs, Etc. It has always come with toast and still does. When he asked for the toast with his skillet at the Lake Point Location. We were told it doesn't come with toast. We also were told we could have a Better price By having our French toast slams ala carte. As my daughter doesn't like sausage and bacon nor do I. I just wanted the stuffed French toast and a side of eggs. My daughter just wanted 4 slices of French toast and Hash browns. Instead of paying the 13.99 it was supposed to be 8.99. So Everything Was Decided and good to go. Then the waitress comes back and informs us we will still have to pay Full price.Which was supposed to be 13.99 for the slam for mine and my daughters order. When we only received the ala carte. (The slam comes with French toast eggs bacon and sausage.) My Daughter Recieved French Toast and a side of Hash Browns that is it and I Recieved French toast and a side of eggs nothing else we were way over charged. My husband didn't even receive his toast the should have came with his crazy spicy skillet. We were kind and cordial. But when the waitress came back and changed the prices on us when now we were paying more money for less food. She also informed us she was going on break and had attitude. My daughter went and paid and it took forever to get her change 10 minutes. We didn't want to leave a tip But we did. Good Lord Do Better!!

The last couple times going here, they have REALLY gotten better on not running out of food, food times, having enough staff ect. I believe new management is here and it shows! The last couple times I've came in, the beautiful server Jen has always been there has made my experience fantastic and enjoyable. She's always On top of my drinks, attentive, and just making sure I don't need anything while im dining in. That's great customer service!
THE WORST experience we've had in awhile. We waited so long for ANYONE to come out from back of the house to even seat us. I dont know if the server was new or just that bad. If she was new, someone needed to be helping her. They couldnt make a cobb salad because they were out of key ingredients, so I ordered a sandwich instead. The wait time for everything, even beverage refills was insane! When I finally got my sandwich, it was prepared incorrectly and had to be remade. More waiting on top of waiting. Mind you, this is where I finished my clock and just wanted to get food and go to sleep. They ended up comping my meal, which I did appreciate for all the inconvenience. We travel nationwide and have limited places to pick from to park and eat, so when you get a dud like this place...its unfortunate. Try harder, do better! 🚛🤦🏽
