Consistently get orders wrong here. Most recently, my Bacon Special Edition Gold Deluxe McCrispy was baconless and nearly sauceless making it just a sad mcrispy. Should have checked before driving away. Shouldn't have to check though.

I ordered curbside today. Sally brought my food out and this girl carried 5 drinks, happy meal and bag by herself with a smile. She was so nice. She deserves a raise.

Almost every time my family or I come to the Lake Point location there are issues with our order and the service is poor. We have to repeat our order multiple times, sometimes we have to yell so they hear us. When they take our order, money, and give us our food there is no smile, or barely a smile, and the tone in their voice is monotone or gruff. And all the sodas taste like coke... okay maybe not all of them but it is hard to tell the difference between some, unless they always give us coke for all the drinks.
