I ordered curbside today. Sally brought my food out and this girl carried 5 drinks, happy meal and bag by herself with a smile. She was so nice. She deserves a raise.

Almost every time my family or I come to the Lake Point location there are issues with our order and the service is poor. We have to repeat our order multiple times, sometimes we have to yell so they hear us. When they take our order, money, and give us our food there is no smile, or barely a smile, and the tone in their voice is monotone or gruff. And all the sodas taste like coke... okay maybe not all of them but it is hard to tell the difference between some, unless they always give us coke for all the drinks.

Old soggy French fries and quality of food are a big problem. One will have to be lucky to get fresh food. It's not cheap anymore, so your imagination is as good as mine.

Nothing quite says I don't give a CRAP for people's custom when. You buy collectors ? and it isn't in the bag to go. When I go back 2 days later they do not have them anymore . To this all, zero offer to refund $ after even corporate was alerted to situation with receipt in my hand. Nothing short of theft. Eat well cook @ home.
