Won’t accommodate for customers having an emergency. Needed to use the restroom badly when pulling up and they said I couldn’t use it till I buy something. I said I am purchasing something but I need to use the RR it’s an emergency. Sorry that’s our new policy said STEF. You are rude and will always be considered a bully in my eyes the way you acted. And the bathroom we’re DISGUSTING 🤮 AVOID THIS STARBUCKS! If that is where the employees use to wash their hands and use the bathroom, I am sure people will get sick.

I stopped by today around 12:18 pm and ordered 2 large green tea. One hut and one iced. And I asked for light ice. I picked up the drinks at the window. I paid and tipped 2 dollars so I can get good service. Drove to my appointment in SLC and after 2 sips of the iced green tea. The cup was empty of green tea and only full with ice to the top. Now the sticker on the cup says light ice. !!! Now the whole time I was thinking what easier than making a drink? Seriously what type of job that could be easier than making a drinks?

Last day nearly at 02:00pm i ordered coffee and when i pay she ask me for tips in excuses but i reject and when i get my coffee there is too much sugar.....i order less sugar coffee
The baristas are some of the best! Always friendly and fast! They also put little messages on the cups and today I really needed it! Thank you.

Service of this Starbucks is not good as a truck driver i pre ordered my order, still then took 10 mins, also 3-4 times it happened with me that employees make order customer waited and only provide fast service to drive thru customer. It’s ridiculous.
