I travel from state to state and I get the same drink everywhere. I’ve never had this experience before. I’m a busy momma who just looks forward to my coffee. So if you want your time wasted, come here! They gave me my drink a little more than half full. I ordered a vente and they gave me a grande in a vente cup. I asked them why my drink was like this and the barista said she’d have to charge me more to fill it up. I ended up getting a refund, but one thing I regret is that I tipped them and I couldn’t get that back or my time I wasted here. These girls clearly don’t know how to make drinks, but do love to argue with guests. Don’t recommend this spot. My drink also looks like 💩.

I love this Starbucks location. I get my coffee and pastries here, no issues.
Won’t accommodate for customers having an emergency. Needed to use the restroom badly when pulling up and they said I couldn’t use it till I buy something. I said I am purchasing something but I need to use the RR it’s an emergency. Sorry that’s our new policy said STEF. You are rude and will always be considered a bully in my eyes the way you acted. And the bathroom we’re DISGUSTING 🤮 AVOID THIS STARBUCKS! If that is where the employees use to wash their hands and use the bathroom, I am sure people will get sick.
