Every time I’ve been here I’ve had wonderful experiences with the workers! I want to give a shout out to Angie for helping me this morning. Yesterday I wasn’t able to make it to get my pick up and when I called to let them know she told me she would save my ticket so I can get it the next day so I could make it to work, this morning she was so sweet helping me and made sure my drink was ready for me to go :)

i live in the area and was excited to finally go to this store! the tooele one is much farther from my house so this was a better option. but when i got to the store and went to the walk up window i was met with a worker that seemed annoyed at my presence. a woman with pink hair had opened the window and just talked to me in a way that had me feel as if i had to rush in ordering, trying to get done with the interaction as soon as possible. she made me feel stupid for asking a question about the drink. and when i was done ordering (which only took maybe 2 minutes) she walked away from the window and started talking and giggling with a woman with the name tag of trinity. i do not know what i did. the store was not about to close. i expected more and better. i am so disappointed and sad.
Terrible management. You can tell most employees are working as hard as they can and management when needed is never there. It’s almost like there is isn’t any management at all… Seems as though management is the same age as most of their employees… in Highschool still…
Both the Lake Point location and Tooele are terribly ran.
These 2 tooele county Starbucks are lucky they have the Starbucks name or they would be out of business??
