Layton location only. I have been doing business for years with Banbury Cross. They've always come through for me and always had the best service. I thought I'd give my local store an opportunity to participate because I make very many large orders during the year. I placed an order in person for 11 dozen donuts on Friday to be picked up on the following Tuesday. At 5:30. A.m. The girl that took my order said would not be a problem. They get there at 5:00. They would have the donuts ready by 5:30. I showed up this morning for my order. I told the girl behind the counter and she freaked out. Said the order never should have been placed that they don't open until 5:30. She doesn't get there till 5:20 and there was no way they could fulfill my order by 5:30. They didn't even know about my order. I guess that was my fault for doing my due diligence to go in to pre-place the order. She proceeded to throw the donuts into a box a quarter of which I couldn't use because she didn't put the divider between the donuts and so they had frosting on both tops and the bottoms. To have a company blame the customer for placing an order and then blame it on the girl because she's bilingual and doesn't speak English very well even though I'm bilingual, showed very poor taste. I have an order of 75 dozen donuts that I have to make in April and I will never be back to this location. I will go back to the one in Salt lake. Carlos always has taken care of me there. This is a sad day for me because I really wanted to work with this location. This location is managed very poorly.

First timer and not sure I’ll try again. Apple fritter had no apples. Just straight dry cinnamon bread. Other 5 random donuts were stale. Service was terrible. Walked in and literally no greeting and when I asked for recommendations the girl said “I don’t know.” If you go, try and lower your expectations.
