This guy's have great coffee but the service has gotten super slow

Coffee is alright not too good but their employees are absolutely ridiculous I went in there and the girl working cashier was taking our order with an attitude and had given my brother a dirty look we had done nothing because we came in when it was dead and not busy I won't be returning since I didn't like the coffee or the customer service ☹️

Went through the drive thru, asked for a drip coffee with cream and sugar. They confirmed the order with me through the speaker, and told me to pull forward. When I got to the window, they asked "Did you get the black coffee" I replied, "No, I got a small drip coffee with cream and sugar" to which she replied, "Oh, yeah sorry you're right!" I replied again, "Yeah, just make sure it has cream and sugar, thank you!" "It does" she replied. I paid, and she handed me a coffee, I pulled out and realized it was black coffee. Went back into the shop, nicely asked for a replacement as it was impossibly full to add anything to, and way too hot to drink to make enough space, but I was told "we can't make a new one, but here, here's some cream and sugar packets are over there." Awful customer service, will not be returning.

Service was the worst your morning barrista literally looked at me threw the window rolled her eyes and walked away I sat there for 5 minutes and as soon as I started to drive away she decides she wants to work.

The quality has gone downhill at this location. I love beans n brews and would rather choose a local chain than not... But the few times I've gone this past year has gone like:
1. Long wait + the young adult serving shares that she very strongly dislikes the sound of lids squeaking on cups as she puts the lid on. She shares other aversions too. This is a two minute interaction, I don't need to hear you vent about your job. Am I supposed to feel guilty for wanting a treat for myself when I'm paying $6 for my cup of coffee?
2. Long wait + I ask for a small amount of cream in my coffee, specifically say I like it on the dark side, and it comes out almost white. They were friendly and remade it but I thought it was a simple request.
3. Long wait (10 min)
I know making espresso and steamed milk takes time. I don't mind the wait if the coffee's good. And I don't mind being served by young adults. However, it's pretty clear that management of this store and training is a bit lacking. I'll give it a couple more chances before I decide to go to Starbucks instead.

I was placing an order and when I wasn’t even done with my order the girl taking my order told me to pull up to the window. The drinks tasted burnt. Normally I love beans and brews but I wouldn’t recommend this location.

6:30 am October 5th. I asked for an extra shot of expresso, I couldn’t taste it. Hand full of times this has happened At the location. When I go to other locations I can taste the stronger coffee. The little boy and girl working here were hiding in the back together kissing or something, I walked back in to ask if she put an extra shot in and they didn’t come out of the back.
Multiple light bulbs out in the place.
I can’t return to this location.

Everyone there is so so nice and I got a bagel with cream cheese and it’s so yummy. Also would recommend their iced white mocha. Yum!

Cute place gets busy but most workers are great at being timely. Ive had many troubles with this ashton girl. She seems sad and unwilling to be there. Most times ive came in shes just been sitting on her phone not doing her job. Mabey beacuse im old and don’t understand this generation. But it’s unacceptable. Other than that staff is wonderful and caring and they make very tasty products.

The food has gotten steadily worse over the last few years while the price has gone up. The quality of coffee has been inconsistent. There's enough competition around now that I'd rather drive a little further and spend a little more for better quality and ingredients. It's a shame, they were my favorite for quick caff and breakfast, but the quality simply isn't there anymore for the price.

usually i love coming here but today they messed up my order and i told them it was something different, i wanted a latte and they kept saying mocha and i was trying to correct them. i went to the window and told them the order was wrong but they still just had me pay for the $6 mocha that i didn’t even want. im allergic to chocolate and they gave me something i can’t even drink. kinda disappointed that wont be back
