I absolutely love the customer service at this location. I only come to this coffee shop because of the manager Mary. She truly is one of the best managers I have seen. She is patient and understanding. She has knowledge of coffee and is very helpful. I wish all managers were like her. She is one of the hardest workers I have seen. Beans and Brews has one of the best managers I have seen.

We couldn't use tap because our order was over $30. We had to use a physical card and show our ID. I've never been asked that at any other Beans & Brews before although they stated its always been something they follow. The drinks were too full of ice and a little on the sweet side but overall we enjoyed them. Not sure if I'll return to that specific location. Mr. B is one of our faves iced, hot or frozen. I also enjoy their iced matcha even though its on the sweet side.

I constantly get the wrong item or missing things and have to correct them constantly i love the coffee here but i asked for a large bnb frappe with whipped cream and almond milk and medium frozen mr Bs. Im pretty sure they were switched in sizes which i hope was the only problem i can eat whipped cream but cow milk doesn’t work with my stomach, so now im not sure if my large coffee has the milk i asked for or not. They need to figure it out even when i order through DoorDash they constantly forget stuff or get something wrong or just forget the whipped cream even when i add it into it. Which i know doesn’t seem like a big deal but honestly their whipped cream is one of the reasons we get coffee here. Again if you order here just make sure you check everything you get you might get mix ups in sizes or they might forget your whip or milk or whatever.

this location use to be my favorite but recently they are constantly out of cold brew or ice coffee. especially when coming out a new item, how are you not going to prepare for people to order those same items? another thing to add i usually get a sausage egg croissant or a double chocolate muffin warmed and they still tend to be cold. i’ve had to ask to get them extra toasted recently. i use to work for starbucks and food quality is a big thing for a food place. looks like ill be going to a different location that actually knows how to be prepared and get things right

Taisley and her other coworker were so welcoming and kind when we walked in. Vibe was great too, our coffees were phenomenal! Better than we expected having tried coffee in so many places. Would definitely come back and recommend. Btw we had the Mr.bs and coco haze mocha, soo good! Hope anyone reading this has taisley and her other coworker make their drinks too

I’ve ordered on the mobile app 3 times and 2 times I’ve had to wait for someone to hand me my order due to it being behind the desk the last time was on Wednesday June 4th at around 7:57 am and it was not even made. In fact there were 6 people inside, people waiting in the drive thru. The girls that were working were gathered all together arguing about a drink that was made wrong while we all sat and listened and watched. Totally unacceptable. Mobile orders are placed ahead so we can grab and go, not to listen and wait and hear drama. There are plenty of coffee places around that makes coffee.

Had such a great experience. Mary was so helpful as it was my first time at this coffee shop. She made some great suggestions the kids and I were very happy customers. The cold foam was seriously the best I’ve ever had. Thanks Mary we will be back for sure!!
