Always use drive through, hot chocolate isn't bad. My problem is ive ordered bagels like 4 times. I have ordered the B-everything bagel each time, I have had the b-everything once. Two times I got a different bagels sandwich, the most recent time I got a plain bagel. It's fun to spend $5 on a bagel sandwich and not get what your ordered, currently batting a 25% on getting what I want and pay for.

Kitten Trouble

I have been an avid fan of this particular location for years. In the last 2 months, quality has decreased. My coffee has been watery and overly sweet. The atmosphere has also declined. It used to have a warm, homey feeling. Now it feels like another coffee shop. You could change the name to Starbucks. Same quality.

Went to this location Friday Jan 17, I had forgotten my lunch so I decided to take myself out. I order my coffee and sandwich. I get my coffee pretty quick, then the girl called out my sandwich. I stand up to get it and an another lady walked over and took the sandwich. So I assume it's her sandwich, I ended up waiting 25 minutes thinking my sandwich is next. Finally I am realizing i am late to work if I don't leave soon so I go up and talk to the girl. She says that lady stole your sandwich and it was ready like 15mins ago. At this point I have to leave so I ask for a refund because I am late to work. The girl at the desk says no one knows how to do that. But she took my number and said she would give it to her manager and have her call me. That manager never called, when I called them they said they didn't have a manager today. So now I guess I get to just pay for some other lady to eat my sandwich. I think your employees at this location need more help and training. I love beans and brews so I am pretty bummed this happened. I probably won't be returning to this location.

Nice clean and quite mid afternoon coffee. Cold brew black, is very good, but too pricey for what it is. Would order again, just not daily.

I will never come back to this beans location and I’m almost done with beans coffee shops in general as there’s an issue 50% of my visits. Nothing irks me more than spending $7 for a medium hot breve add whip and a tip than when I take a sip and realize There is no whip AND my drink is only 3/4 full. Beans is already over priced compared to every other coffee shop and now they don’t even fill the coffee yet I paid for a full coffee. The espresso tastes burnt on top of it. Really dissatisfied and maybe it’s because I’ve been to 3 beans locations the last 3 days and none of the coffees have been good.

They don't mix their chocolate powder hardly in their mocha. It tastes pretty gritty because of that. Also pretty sure they didn't put espresso in mine. So I just got chocolate milk

Honestly, I'm not a fan of the coffee here. Their drip coffee I feel is pretty bitter, and everything else has as much sugar and is as sweet as a milkshake.

Great coffee and food. But when I got the app and wanted to use the coupon i was kinda confused. Also, a little frustrated. Because the app coupon said “ one free small coffee.” From my understanding free means free unless it has any warning or anything to the coupon to inform us on the bottom it’s not actually free and you have to give a surcharge. Cause the lady told me i owed her 80 cents after scanning the coupon. So I am not sure what happened. But I wanted her I say something cause that’s false advertisement and can upset more people if they get a coupon with the same problem. Thank you. Not sure if it’s the location or the business. Thought it would be addressed.

The egg bacon cheese croissant is horrible. This should be a simple, good, easy item; but you’ve ruined it. First of all, don’t over toast it, it dries out the croissant and makes it taste burnt. Second, don’t put burnt bacon in it. Disgusting. Third, don’t wrap it so tightly that it flattens the croissant. Improve these 3 things and you’ll have a better sandwich.
