Coffee was okay. The food was inedible though. Bland, mushy texture, seemed to be microwaved. Is this a Utah hit? I'm from California so these burritos were a sad, sad let down.
I have loved going to those Beans and bruise for years, but they are really going downhill!
Several weeks ago, I ordered a breakfast sandwich with eggs and it was partially frozen when I ate into it.
! I went through on Sunday morning to get a mocha, a cappuccino and two orders of egg bites. They didn’t give us a mocha. It was something else without chocolate and all four egg bites. We’re still partially frozen.
I walked in just to get them reheated, and the manager stuck his hands right in the bag and touched them, then spread them out on the table and then touched each, and every one of them, placed them back into the oven and this is all after I had touched my mouth to it And he had touched all over them with his hands and was going to give them back to me, Reheated.
Not only is this concerning because he was touching all over it before washing his hands and my mouth was on that. What if I had a contagious or spreadable disease and now it just contaminated their oven. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 30 years and this is ridiculous!

Definitely the worst beans and brews they do not answer and there website always has issues I would not recommend save your self a head ache and go to scooters or dutch bros!

I believe she said her name was Francis, red hair and usually working drive through in the mornings, she just always goes above and beyond to do her job great. She always makes sure she has a smile on her face and asks nice questions. I ordered a new drink and she offered to let me try it and if I didn’t like it she would make me a new one. It’s hard to find such genuine nice employees nowadays and she really goes all out to make sure your trip is enjoyable.
Ordered black coffeee, big dookie after. Cleaned out my system I’m also obese I need to lose a few pounds before my grandsons great arrival
Had an issue, upper management handled it with class and respect. Will always support this location and business for their prompt response and I truly felt heard and understood. Thank you!!

Always use drive through, hot chocolate isn't bad. My problem is ive ordered bagels like 4 times. I have ordered the B-everything bagel each time, I have had the b-everything once. Two times I got a different bagels sandwich, the most recent time I got a plain bagel. It's fun to spend $5 on a bagel sandwich and not get what your ordered, currently batting a 25% on getting what I want and pay for.
I have been an avid fan of this particular location for years. In the last 2 months, quality has decreased. My coffee has been watery and overly sweet. The atmosphere has also declined. It used to have a warm, homey feeling. Now it feels like another coffee shop. You could change the name to Starbucks. Same quality.
Went to this location Friday Jan 17, I had forgotten my lunch so I decided to take myself out. I order my coffee and sandwich. I get my coffee pretty quick, then the girl called out my sandwich. I stand up to get it and an another lady walked over and took the sandwich. So I assume it's her sandwich, I ended up waiting 25 minutes thinking my sandwich is next. Finally I am realizing i am late to work if I don't leave soon so I go up and talk to the girl. She says that lady stole your sandwich and it was ready like 15mins ago. At this point I have to leave so I ask for a refund because I am late to work. The girl at the desk says no one knows how to do that. But she took my number and said she would give it to her manager and have her call me. That manager never called, when I called them they said they didn't have a manager today. So now I guess I get to just pay for some other lady to eat my sandwich. I think your employees at this location need more help and training. I love beans and brews so I am pretty bummed this happened. I probably won't be returning to this location.
It's hard to rate the atmosphere at a drive up location. First time buying from there. Very good drinks.
