Veary unhappy with flat bread bring back mid thin please we love it will bring us backtjank you please

My husband and I went in around 8pm on a Saturday night with a party if six. We were seated almost immediately we were told a 15-20 mins wait but it was less than 10 mins. Our server Maddie came and introduced herself. She went over the menu answered questions about the drinks. She was wonderful, friendly, and just really down to earth. She was entertaining and engaging with everyone in our group. The food took a lot longer than we liked but we saw her trying to hurry the kitchen. Maddie even went and told the manager that they wait time for food was too long. When the food came it was good. We ordered two burgers, two pasta dishes, a French dip, a kids pizza, and the Team Platter. Everything tasted good and fresh. We really enjoyed the food. Portion sizes were perfect, they were large enough to fill you up but not too large to overwhelm you. We all had more than enough to bring home small doggie bags.

We really liked this place. Sort of like a better pub version of a standard American chain. Their cheese curds and spinach artichoke dip are excellent. We recommend taking the waiter's recommendations.

Decent food good drinks. Took an hour to get a pizza. Was disappointed by that

Very good! Our first time going and thoroughly enjoyed it. Buffalo cauliflower bits were wonderful. Not a long wait on their busiest night. 20 minutes.

Such a wide variety of food to choose from, it is sure to completely satisfy everyone in your group! I have never once been disappointed. Super friendly staff! Great service, great food!

Surprisingly. This was not bad at all. Had a great time with my co-workers there. Staff was surprisingly nice and awesome. Best staff at a food joint since I've been here. Ordered the fish and chips. Surprisingly good and would order again

My wife and I visited Boston’s for dinner prior to a movie. Like many of the other reviewers, we had a bad experience with the service. Most of our visits here have service issues but we kept coming back over the years because it’s typically easier to get a table for dinner on the weekend. The food is average, nothing special.

Great place for ribs, if they don't run out. Twice in a row I went with a group of 3 or more and they say the same thing, "we only have one left sorry" Really, it's the weekend how do you not have enough. Great staff but this is stupid. Ended up with pasta that was just okay. 5 stars if they would have enough ribs.

Decent place to get a pizza with the kids. Food is great and service and servers are prompt. Though the last visit here I discovered some sort of foreign object in my food as I was eating. It was either wood or even hard enough to be a rock. We let the manager know and he didn't charge us for the pizza and was super nice about it. But just be weary of the Supreme Pizza...

Came here for the first time in probably 5 years. The appetizer, entrees and dessert were all fantastic, such a pleasant surprise. Everything came out hot and fresh. The service was pretty good as well. We will definitely be back if we're in the area

We were seriously waiting for our food at Boston’s for 40 min. The waiter never checked on us once. So we get up to leave tell the hostess and all she said was oh ok. Didn’t ask what was wrong or nothing.

We have come to this restaurant for years and have always experienced excellent customer service and enjoyed great food. Unfortunately our assigned waitress demonstrated unprofessional and uncaring customer service. This waitress needs to demonstrate a more friendly approach to patrons and be conscious of allergen needs. Mistakes are made but this waitress had a defensive attitude towards this situation and acted rudely. An apology was appreciated but this could have been avoided had she repeated our orders back to us to correct any misunderstandings.

Pizza is amazing. I knocked off a star because they didn't have prices on their new craft cocktails. They were delicious but $12 per drink should be much more upfront instead of extremely overpriced drinks. They only had one shot of liquor in them. I was in shock when I received the bill!

Went to Boston’s last summer...terrible food- terrible service. Tried it again today- January 1,2020. Same terrible service. Fooled me twice now- I won’t make that mistake again.
