My wife and I love coming here for Lunch. We don't drink alcohol but enjoy sitting at the bar. We come about every two weeks. The food is great, the prices are roughly what we would pay for fast food. Jess the bartender always takes great care of us. She know our soda choices and roughly what we eat. We feel at home there.

Food was great as always. Our server, vickey, tho very sweet, didn’t greet us for about 15 minutes when we sat down. She checked on us maybe once without me having to flag her down. our “endless” Apps didn’t come out till we were completely done eating and all she said was “i don’t know what happened.” overall worst trip to BWW i’ve ever experienced. I also am a server i know how it should go. Don’t waste your time here.

We had a really poor experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. From the moment we were seated, service was incredibly slow—we waited far too long before anyone even acknowledged our table. We placed a simple order for kids meals and drinks, and somehow the food came out before the drinks. When we asked, we were told the bartender was “busy,” yet there was only one small party at the bar that arrived after we were seated.
When our drinks finally arrived, the beer was completely flat. Meanwhile, we watched all the servers disappear to the patio for a smoke break—while we were still waiting and being told they were “too busy.”
As for the food, the wings were soggy and drowning in sauce—not in a good way. It was just messy and unappetizing. Overall, the lack of attention, poor communication, and subpar food made for a really frustrating visit. Definitely won’t be returning.

Came specifically for the unlimited wings but when ordered was told that the promotion ended 2 weeks but when I went to the website it said that it was still going. Clearly just don’t want to have to be attentive to their tables

Only 6 tables with people and we are still waiting to be seated going on 20 minutes.
The food took an hour to get to us. The cheese curds, fries, and onion rings were cold. The severs started strong but finished so weak. The wings were pretty good. Overall, not too impressive.

I came in with my family of 6, and the wait time was 2 hours. I was not the only family that was given a 2 hour wait time. My family and I love BWW, but you guys need to hire more waitresses to work on busy nights like this. I am not the only one who thought this. One of your employees commented this as well. It is not that you guys lack seating because 98% of the outside were empty, but the only problem was lack of men power in this restaurant. Please fix this issues asap!! Thanks!
