So it took awhile to get our food. It took a really long time to get the salad my wife ordered. Both of us got into heated argument wondering why it took a long time to get salad. Ok they didn’t charge us for salad. I’m upset with the cooks taking forever to get the food out. Not cool at all.

Ordered pick up and they literally forgot more than half of our order. When they made the rest of our order they got it wrong so we genuinely ended up waiting almost two hours for our food. Food was good and hot when we got it but we couldn’t enjoy our meal cause we were so angry about the wait.

I was ID’d four times just to sit at the bar. The waitress immediately came over and said she wouldn’t be serving me. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich and it came out wrong. They had no idea what they were doing. Go to Wellers Bistro, they have great food and drinks.

The food was fine. Our waitress tonight was very quiet and came by every 20 minutes to check on us which is too long. We couldn’t hear her since it was the usually BWW environment. You’d think the servers should be louder. The table we sat at was disgusting. There was old Mac and cheese all over the ground and some liquid that was black and sticky. It got all over our shoes and we didn’t notice until my purse fell down and got completely covered in it. It was disgusting. The restaurant is not clean and the employees don’t seem to care.

Edit: Attemped this location again and somehow the service has gotten worse. One of our parties orders came out and it took over 25 minutes and talking to a second server to get the rest of our food. The server we had gave no explanation as to why there was such a delay. He barely even checked on us throughout the night.
We used to love coming here. But the last few times have been a let down. The service is subpar and the food quality has gone down. It tastes like the food has been sitting under heating lamps for a long time before being brought out.

The Buffalo wild wings in Layton tonight with a party of 10, took a long time for them to get a seated, overall experience our server was very professional the food was overcooked the wings were like chewing on hockey pucks so they went to cook five more orders and an hour later nobody was hungry Due to the time of finishing the order and replacing it I at least thought management would do some type of compensation for the previous food being messed up, but it seemed to me that the manager is worried about his numbers and not worried about the patron or the experience I wouldn't recommend going there with a large party as some of the party members will get their food and will be half eaten before the others in the party get their food nine times out of 10 it'll be overcooked all in all the experience was very poor and the managing staff out of brush up on their customer service skills

Been ordering from here for almost 3 years with no issues. Not sure if the wings were just old or incredibly dry they were like rawhide dipped in sauce I've been nauseated after eating 2 wings. Whoever is working that kitchen needs to be trained or get gone.
The worst experience i ever had visiting my favorite restaurant but this location staff is the worst. I will never come back to this location.

Two hours for a salad chicken strips and an appetizer. You would think they were hoping buzzy for a Friday evening. 1/2 was occupied, no waiting lines. It took 30 minutes to get our soft drinks, then an hours and 27 minutes to get our meal. We started to get up to walk out when they delivered our food. That had been sitting under a host lamp for who know how's long. This is our third time visiting and this is a trend of them. This will be the last time we return. And reading over the other reviews. Seams I am not the only person.

We are here now and have been seated for 50 minutes without food and then this showed up. Freezer burned wings that were not good. Our poor server didn't know what to say.

Placed an online order and had a confirmation number. Waited 20 minutes just to find out they don’t have the order. After 10 minutes of proving I paid and showing all of the order info they finally placed the order again. At 11:15pm (15 minutes past original pickup) I had the new order placed. I was told a 15-20 minute wait. It’s currently 11:45, I am wingless and now reminding myself this is why I don’t come to this location.
