This burger king is bad everytime i order either in person or on doordash they screw up my order. Simple order whopper with cheese mustard only and chicken fríes with sauces. The whopper was wrong they put everything on it and no cheese then no sauces. No pride in doing their job

Came in for a break from the heat and to let the kids play. No AC. No playplace due to the heat. Food wasn’t fresh.

This BK is dilapidated. The parking lot has more craters than the moon and the store is just as awful. While the staff is friendly you can tell management has just given up on this place. They close the store early when their AC goes out and don’t disable online ordering so when you get there to pick up you’re just left in limbo. They’re commonly out of staples including Coca-Cola and even Whoppers! What BK runs out of Whoppers. If you’re looking for a drive thru just keep driving.

Came here to get a meal and they were closed 40 mins early. Very disappointing that it was a waste side trip on my drive.

We went through the drive thru and an enthusiastic happy voice took our order. I can’t remember the last time I encountered a happy fast food worker. DEAN took our order, our payment, and served our food. He was a breath of fresh air! With his attitude he will be successful at what ever he does. The food was great too. Thanks DEAN, you made our day.

My elderly mother and I decided to stop by this restaurant the other day to get breakfast. When we got to the drive thru, we were ready to order but they asked us to wait so we did for a long time. By the time they came back on the speaker, we gave them our order and they said that they were no longer serving breakfast. If they had taken our order when we got there, they would have been serving breakfast. We said that to them and a very rude woman whom I suspect to be one of the managers got on the speaker and spoke very rudely to us. No wonder every time I drive by this restaurant, the parking lot is empty. I wouldn't give them my business again if they were the only place serving food and I was starving and I hope you don't either. Some places need to learn that we don't need them, they need us and they need to be reminded of that. I am tired of being treated like crap by different businesses and I will not take it anymore! Hopefully, enough people will read this and do the same. Maybe when they lose their jobs and or businesses, then they will learn not to treat their customers like crap. And I hope that rude woman gets fired when her boss reads this.

This is probably my 100th time eating burger king but who ever made the food this time did better than any of the visits! I hope the workers today get a good slap on the back and some credit for some good customer service the guy in the drive thru was extra patient and friendly (: me and my friends are extremely satisfied (:

The chicken sandwich is so hard you can’t bite through it and the French fries are so salty you can’t eat them, I’d bring my whole order back and demand refund if I didn’t have to go so far, Shame on Burger King

My wife and I come here regularly. We like to take advantage of the deals in the ap. Tori, the manager always takes good care of us. All the people we have dealt with have been friendly and helpful. We always enjoy the Whoppers. Sometimes I go early for breakfast and really enjoy the ham, egg, and cheese croissants. The only downside is their air conditioning is out forcing the closure of the play area. My grandkids loved it when it was open.

Great customer service been there three or four times in the last 2 weeks. However they need to get their air conditioning fixed it's unbearably hot you can't really dine in and the children's play area is probably a hundred degrees. I spoke with the very nice employees there twice in the last 2 weeks and both times they said they're waiting on corporate.
