Don't come to this BurgerKing. I ordered jalapeño bites and they gave me the most disgusting, dessicated, inedible, looked like they've been on the floor for a week food. I ordered and was charged for 2 pies but then they said they didn't have any. That was fine and they asked for my card so they could refund me. I checked the receipt after and they had only refunded me for one. I asked for them to refund the other, which they did; but acted like I was inconveniencing them. No "sorry about that." Just took my card, gave it back and wouldn't talk or look at me. I get it was a bit late (8:30pm) but if you're not going to serve people, just close when you stop caring so people don't have to deal with your toxic food and bad attitude.

Second time in a row at least part of the biscuit sandwich was too hard and dried out to eat.

S.L.O.W. sat at the drive up for 5 MINUTES before anyone acknowledged, then was told to hold on a minute, which was actually 3 more minutes!

We ordered a bacon melt online and when we got home to eat i found it didn't have bacon or sauce on it. We went back and was informed they were going to discontinue it so they didn't have the ingredients. It wasn't until my daughter asked they offered to replace the sandwich with something else. If they are discontinuing items they shouldn't have it as an option.

This place is full of lazy people terrible place. They lie about there menu saying that they cant do burgers till after 10:30 even tho its all day they are very lazy and are not about helping the customers.

It is FREEZING inside! Brought my daughter to play in the play place and it’s absolutely miserably freezing inside! Don’t go inside!!!!

Very bad experience at this Burger King. The air conditioning was on snowing outside, and when I asked if they could turn on the heater, they said it was broken and couldn't be turned on so we have to go with are kids The restaurant was very cold inside, especially for the kids. We wanted to use the restroom, but we couldn’t. The men's restroom was out of order. They also didn’t have fry sauce. Horrible experience.

We pulled up the drive thru, and the server said, "Welcome to Burger King, I'll be with you in a minute." 10 minutes later, nothing. We asked if anyone was there, she responded back that they had a big to go order they had to do first, then crickets again. We left. It's annoying that Uber Eats gets priority over people who take the time to visit in person.

Went through the drive thru tonight and was disappointed at every turn. First, they were out of large cups, ok so I got medium. Then,drinks had no ice. Was told they were out of ice so I was given warm flat soda. Then the meat on the whopper had been cooked too fast because the outside was hard but the meat inside was red, which is not something anyone wants in a burger. All in all, bad experience and I don't recommend this location.

Not worth taking pictures ??️. Horrible ? taste like the great salt lake and old. Not kid friendly because have problems with heating and air conditioning. Have this awesome play area like a ?. But can't use every time we come here ?. Real disappointed because we love ❤️ burger king ?. Darn such a bummer ?. Don't bother try another location. So thirsty award given ?. Horrible manager on a Sunday morning.
I ordered sausage, egg, cheese croissant x2. No problems until I got my order and I pulled forward and unwrapped one of the sandwiches to give my dog. My dog took some of it and I noticed it was bacon, so I went back to the window and told her it was bacon, not sausage.
She took the bag with the one sandwich, but not the open one with part missing.
She relayed the mistake, to the only other person there, and then I heard yelling from the woman in the back (I was told this was the manager). A few minutes later the manager brings me another bag and with attitude hands it to me. I looked in the bag to see one sandwich and not two. I told her I ordered two. She angrily told me that I only gave one back, so I only get one. I handed her the other, with a bite out of it, saying that I didn't assume she wanted it, since it was opened and partially eaten. She took it, turned and very aggressively hucked it to the floor. She then went back in the back and I could partially see her as she continued to yell and aggressively make the sandwich, knocking things around. She brings me another bag, and after taking it, I pulled forward and looked in the bag and it was an open wrapper, with half of a sausage croissant . The croissant was torn in half with her fingers. I had already pulled away, and didnt go back for more of her raging. Horrible service. Obviously did not eat the croissants. I did contact corporate and hopefully it was handled appropriately.

Restaurant was dead ordered at 1:50pm and didn't get our food until 2:10pm went pick up the food from the counter and the tray was so greasy my fingers we wet with oil I looked down and the tray below it still had salt and lettuce on it I told the crew member I think your trays didn't make it to the sink these are dirty a man from behind the line hollered yeah I just set them there. Then my daughters 8 piece chicken nuggets were burnt and only had 5 in the package I asked for the rest of them the kid at the the register took the 5 tossed them to the back and the line cook put a pew more in the bag
and put it back on the warmer... I don't like to complain but really almost 30 bucks for lunch and I get cold whoppers swimming in mayo and ketchup and scorched chicken nuggets smh don't think we will be returning.
