The food is decent but the costumer service makes up for it! I went through the drive thru and ordered some food for me and my family and was greeted so well by Kayana or Kayanna I think, she was so sweet and was funny! I had to go back inside the store and ask for her name, she was such a sweetheart! Even my husband said how sweet she was!!!

What happened? I've come here for the past several years and it used to be amazing, easily the best burger remotely nearby. Today, not so much. The quality of the ingredients were seriously sub par, especially the beef which was not good at all. Serious downgrade from what it used to be. If you have fond memories of this place, probably best to keep them and not come back, I won't be.

Bummed out. Waited 30 minutes for pancake and eggs. Breakfast sandwich was good. Pancakes were cold and tough. Talked it up but it came out sad.

Went in around 1pm and there was absolutely nobody there. As im looking at the menu I make eye contact with with the person on the register so im sure she saw me. While im looking she walks away and didnt come back for 10 minutes even with me standing at the register. As I was sitting there waiting multiple people in the back made eye contact with me but still nobody cane to take my order. I ordered a shake with 3 mix ins and it took about 5 minutes for it to be started. Keep in mind there was nobody in front of me and nobody else inside at all for that matter. I sat down to wait because it took so long and there was food on the table. Overall not a good experience mainly because of the employees.

Great food, very filling and very tasty. The service was okay, the staff was very neutral but still nice, oder took awhile. The atmosphere fit the restaurant very well, although the floor and tables were not very clean. Over all, still a really good place to eat, especially with friends.
