Last time I checked if you close at nine pm it means nine pm not 8pm. Also, since when does a customer get treated like we are inconvenient to the workers and almost blatantly ignored. Your drinks should be avaliable until nine. Not put everything away at 8. ZUPAS as a whole is becoming a joke and this location is prime example of why.

Worst salad ever! No dressing. 3 small pieces of chicken and a brown avocado. Disappointed ☹️

They advertise as high protein servings but definitely skimped on the chicken when I ordered a protein bowl…

Absolute disaster. They should be able to turn off the mobile orders when it gets too busy. There were 15 people in line. It took 50 minutes because of mobile orders. They couldn't even take orders because the line was full of mobile orders. They ran out of soup, strawberries and multiple other things. My order including many others was wrong. Orders were missing food because it never got made. Everyone was being patient but I felt bad for the employees. The crazy part is I selected mobile order and it was only 12 minutes and I thought the line would have been faster. The employees were positive and kind despite the obvious overload of orders.

I've been here like 4 times. The food is always good, but the service is completely chaotic. There's no organization, place is always dirty, and my food is never ready when they say it's going to be. Will not be returning. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern, and this is chance number 4.

This Zupas was probably the most unorganized restaurant I’ve ever seen - and I don’t say that lightly.
Let’s start with the employees were trying their best, and they had good attitudes. That really is awesome. Good on them in this very stressful environment.
On Friday Jan 2nd and there were about 30+ people in line, and it appeared they had a huge wave of online orders as well. While the employees were taking orders they had about 20+ empty boxes waiting to be filled for carry out plus whatever people were ordering in line.
This is where it all came loose - they just simply couldn’t keep up. There were 15-20 people standing by the register with messed up orders, forgetting multiple items in bags, wrong orders given out. Etc. again, it could have been worse had employees had bad attitudes but they were trying their best.
Stores will get busy, backed up, etc but from an operational and training standpoint, the store leadership and management has failed their employees and this store. Teamwork, training, systems, processes etc all went out the window during this time. If management really reads this - you’ll talk to any employees who worked that night and see none of this is an exaggeration.
Unfortunately there are some huge training opportunities that need to happen and I have a feeling there are many people who won’t be going back to Zupas based on this experience.
I’ve been in retail many years and the store will get overrun and processes tested. Unfortunately, it broke this time around and will need to be corrected because it’s just not sustainable for employees or customers.

We made a big order in the store and triple checked everything with the cashier. They made several mistakes and called and spoke with the operator. She was defensive and didn’t take accountability for the mistakes and said she’d have to check her cameras and refunded me. They missed charging us for a couple things, so I told the operator, and she ended up charging us. Just wasn’t the type of customer service or ownership that would make me want to come back to this particular location.

I will never go there again price for what you get is ridiculous. Just open a can of soup on your own. Salad was so small all lettuce had to put my own stuff on it at home. Never again.
Everything was great! Great customer service. One employee named Alex had a great smile. Great attitude and listened to our special instructions.

If you order delivery from this place, chances are you will get your order extremely late. This store is never ready for pickup orders and when they actually do figure out that they have one, it takes them a really long time to prepare it. They are never ready. Never.
I got the dubai chocolate strawberry cup, and they strawberries were old, they were mushy and half black, looked like they were about to get moldy, i threw up right after, i am really disappointed because i love coming here for the quality and freshness of them food, this was disgusting

Pre-ordered our food for pickup. An hour later finally received our food. We could have walked through the line and got our food 10x faster. Took 30 min before anyone even said a word to me even though I was standing at the register. I basically had to walk behind the counter to get any attention. I knew there was a reason we hadn't eaten here in quite some time. Not to mention it appears the portion sizes got much smaller. There was hardly any meat on our salads. We actually had to look for it.
