Pre-ordered our food for pickup. An hour later finally received our food. We could have walked through the line and got our food 10x faster. Took 30 min before anyone even said a word to me even though I was standing at the register. I basically had to walk behind the counter to get any attention. I knew there was a reason we hadn't eaten here in quite some time. Not to mention it appears the portion sizes got much smaller. There was hardly any meat on our salads. We actually had to look for it.

Very unprofessional not good customer service whatsoever waited 10 minutes had multiple employees walk past me as my to-go order was ready for me on the shelf I even thought about walking back there and grabbing it for myself. They need to work on that other than that good food it was clean they need to work on being friendly to the guest.

Extremely slow service despite being 2 hours before close and almost no one in line. I will say one of the female employees is basically doing all the work and constantly asking for help the rest seem to be messing around and that doesn’t seem fair or very professional. I have never had this awkward/awful experience at any other zupas. I think I’ll avoid this company for a good while and definitely this location.

Good food but the most inefficient food assembly line I've ever witnessed. There can be 2-3 people in front of me and by the time you get to the register your soup gets cold, they ask you what you ordered again as if they have no organization back there.
Idk if it's incompetent leadership or they're trying to push you to order online but I've been coming here for years and it's still the same. I could order, run over to Chipotle and back and still be waiting to pay and get my food.

The soup was good and so was the sandwich up until I bit into it and found a hair in one of the halves... I should have look at the previous reviews seem like this location lacks standards and cleanliness i will definitely not be ordering from zupas anymore.

Nice, tasty food. I go here about once a week. But why is it always so cold in there, summer or winter? Also, how are they a Café if they don't offer COFFEE?

I want to preface it was a decent experience overall and everyone was so friendly. I had almost the whole roll dipping in my soup and then there was mold on the bottom of the roll 🫩. See the food was delicous, but imma be sick not only thinking about the moldy roll but on top of that gonna be sick. Great atmosphere and service but stuff like that has gotta be caught because I'm not trying to have food poisoning. I let the staff know and they were concerned so that's a plus. Things happen with fresh stuff for sure just wanted to leave the review for transparency.

Insane. Just picking up some soup for my sick wife that I ordered when I was a few minutes away- get a text saying it will be ready in 11 minutes- perfect, no problem. I knew I was going to be there a few minutes early, but I had no problem sitting and waiting. I proceeded to wait 40 minutes, for a single bowl of soup! I don't know if it was a staffing issue, but there was zero interest in engaging with any of the customers that were waiting. I watched people come into the store around the same time as me that were not close to the register to have their order taken yet. I would imagine they waited an hour in line, completely insane. As I said, the attention or care from the team that was working was minimal, no eye contact and definitely not any kind of apology. Hard to see myself coming back

I stopped in for dinner and unfortunately the experience fell short. A few sanitation concerns stood out right away. Several employees were wearing gloves, but I noticed them adjusting glasses or touching their face and then going back to handling food without changing gloves. One of the sandwich makers had her hair in a front-facing braid with no hair covering. The prep stations also looked less clean than expected.
Most employees seemed disengaged, though the salad finisher and cashier were friendly.
The food itself is good, but this location needs improvement in cleanliness, food-handling practices, and customer service. Based on this visit sadly, we likely won’t return.

There was a used bandaid in my salad. Let me say it again: A USED BANDAID IN MY SALAD. I informed the employees, who were all wearing gloves, and a new salad was made. This means that whoever prepped the lettuce (and whatever else was prepped) wasn't wearing gloves. What in the unsanitary conditions and health violations are going on there?
I just left from grabbing a to go order. I would’ve left with 2, but I just got another persons order and left. I was not greeted or spoken to for a solid 2-3 minutes while standing there in front of 2 employees. The dinning area and the beverage counter and garbage cans were gross and overflowing. It was BAD. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

We walked in and were instantly greeted by the nice young lady at the salads. We ordered our sandwiches and kids meal and proceeded to the soups where we stood without even a 'hello' or 'be right with you'. After about 5 minutes of waiting we just about left then a gentleman comes over and asks what soup he can get us. We got the soups and went to the cashier. They rang us up and I had to wait for my wife's sandwich which they hadn't even started making. When I finally got that I went to my table and noticed we didn't get the milk or the roll for the kids meal so I had to go back up and get them. Sat down to enjoy my meal and noticed my sandwich was wrong. So again I had to go back up to the counter. A few minutes later they brought out the sandwich. It was still wrong, but I was too hungry and irritated to take it back. The soups were lukewarm as well. This is the third time at this location they have forgotten and messed up my order. I think more training is needed.

This has been the 3rd time, and will be the last time, that we ever eat at any Cafe Zupas. Every experience, no matter the dish, the rice has been extremely hard. (Hard enough that it has chipped teeth.) I don't know if they cook the rice for the appropriate amount of time and then by having it sit out throughout the day, it gets dehydrated or what? This has happened as mentioned, not just once; but 3 different times with 4 different meals each of these times.
