Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

The food always hits. But I don’t think I’ve ever been to a café Rio more chaotic, chickens running with there heads cut off-esque, ever. There was some 30 year old working the take out line that I swear her diet consist of red and blue crayons.

Again, the food is always good, I just didn’t appreciate the extra hour and a half that I had to wait for it (2nd time now).

Recommend avoiding on the weekends.

Lucky I give it two stars, the only person that was kind and helpful was the guy at the very beginning asking what we wanted, after that the woman topping our salads barely spoke loud enough for anyone to hear her. Got frustrated with my grandma that she couldn’t hear her. The boy running the register could care less to help customers and looked upset when he had to put together our chips and queso. Bathroom is disgusting looks almost never cleaned. The fan in the men’s one is very broken and makes and horrid sound and is covered in disgusting dust and grime. The soda machine is not wiped down and had ice completely filling the drain on it, as well as no ice coming out. Over all just not a good cafe rio experience wouldn’t eat at this location again

I was scrambling through my wallet to find my debit card at check out and Andy was so kind to save me from my embarrassment when I couldn’t find it and gave me my lunch for free! I couldn’t believe it! That was so nice of him! And lunch was so delicious as usual! I’m addicted! Thank you Cafe Rio!

I rarely leave reviews but this was such a positive experience. All of the employees were so welcoming and positive. It felt like they really wanted us there and liked being at their job. It was a such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and amazing service!

This is the best Cafe Rio I’ve ever been to. The food is always on point and the staff are amazing! They’re always smiling, always friendly and always doing their best to take care of their customers. Because of this, and the great deals on the app, I’ll continue to be a frequent customer.

This is the second time ordering from this location and they have made my order wrong twice. I even told the person what I wanted didn’t even get it right very disappointing they don’t listen to there customer. You guy need to do better.
