I ordered thru the drive thru... very simple and specific order. "I'll take a famous start with cheese no onion" she replies with " is that gonna be a double or Angus" to which I say "huh" again she yells "double or angus" i replied " oh no just a single" she replies" medium or large combo", me " no combo thanks though" her " can I get you anything else ma'am" me " no just the single famous star with cheese no onion no combo thank you" her " ok soooooo ma'am that's no combo and you don't want anything else?" Me "no just the single burger no combo still" her " ok sooo single famous star with cheese no onion, no combo and nothing else your total will be ready at the window". All this was in her yelling voice and the first question double or Angus I l almost thought for a sec that w was my only options til I looked at the menu and have never needed to order either, it felt like the goal was to make you think those were your options and that med or large combo was your only option and like they're hoping most people are hard hearing so they can get away with it. BOOOOOO She also was a very grumpy guss at the window

Normally these guys are pretty good. Just this time the girl at the window seemed irritated, took way longer than usual, and gave us a burger with the hardest bun I've ever had there 🤣 The burger was awful, but I can't help but laugh at it

Horrible place the staff don't pay attention to there customers they doom scroll on there phones and ignore what's going on I think our cashier was named Israel he was rude and wouldn't get off his phone I highly recommend you avoid this place

Was 4th in line at the drive thru. Waited 40 minutes to order food then had to wait another 20 minutes after to get my food. Spent an hour in line because I couldn't back up and they didn't even have what I was there to order - a shake.

They understaff this location. I am here on a Saturday during lunch time. There are only two employees working. The staff did a great job considering. It's not their fault that service is slow. Management is wildly understaffing the restaurant for the amount of volume they are trying to process.

I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes and all I ordered was 2 kids star meals. Staff is very lazy, standing around, and no sense of urgency. Only had 4 customers inside and it was 6 pm on a Saturday, so you would think peak time. Won't be coming to this Carl Juniors again.

I’ve been here twice now via drive thru. The first time, the drive thru attendant was very rude on the intercom and at the window. Literally didn’t turn her face as she handed us our stuff. Second time was today. The intercom attendant had some obnoxious voice and weird animal sounds that must have been a dare of some kind. I ask if they have a value menu and the attendant says “umm…?” And then just says nothing. So I just drove off.
Whoever owns this location deserves to know how poorly it’s managed.
Here in Layton at 8:11 trying to get food but no one is here and the holiday hours are posted for opening at 8:00!

This store had four cars in the drive thru i ordered a burger and onion ring and waited in the drive thru four an hour and 10 min got up to the window and the Stoner at the windows took 15 more minutes to make a shake

They burnt my chicken sandwich then when I came back to have then fix it they gave me attitude. Then I asked for a drink for my trouble and they're like "no it's not our fault that your chicken was burnt or was the machine."
