Terrible service, I asked to speak to the manager for an order that did not appear, and they only washed their hands, avoiding all responsibility, they left me alone with my problem, no one helped me find my takeout order, just blaming the Carls Jr. system . Now I just hope they give me my money back.

We always seem to have a problem at this store. This time the employees couldn't understand the app even though I showed them the rewards I was trying to redeem. I'm guessing the person was the store manager, and while she was very nice, she had no idea how to redeem a reward using the app.

Drive thru has a severe pot hole, wouldn't risk your car on it, ordered a Western bacon cheeseburger, was warm like they made it 20 minutes ago and let it sit before they delivered it, cheese wasn't even melted on it in the slightest, and the sauce was nowhere to be found, probably not going back unless i have to

Angie at the front counter was very nice and helpful.
I was told to park in the front to wait for my order (probably to lower their drive thru time) but I was the only person at the place, drive thru or lobby. Then, after waiting for 15 minutes, our order was wrong. There were two employees in the store but one of them was just sitting around doing nothing.
