These rolled tacos are my favorite!! The food truck comes by my work and anytime they do I ditch any other food plans so I can eat these. Or even as a snack if I’ve already eaten. They’re the perfect amount of meat and crunch!

Super disappointing. I was getting food here at a big event (Formula Drift) and they were running out of everything well before the half time break even happened. You would think they'd be well stocked for an event like this. My friend ordered tacos from here, which is supposed to come with a can of soda, and they told him they don't have soda, so they gave him 25¢ off, even though the drinks cost $2.00. When he got his food, they told him they ran out of cilantro and onions, so he just had meat and tortillas, with no extra compensation. My husband and I were in line to order after him, and they said they'd be right with us. They ended up shutting the window on us, and didn't get back to us until about 15 minutes later. I tried to order a carne asada burrito, and they said they were out of carne asada. They had tape over other meats on their menu that they had already run out of, but not that one, so they must have just run out. How could they be out of most of their meats, onion, and cilantro at the beginning of an all day event? Wild. We ended up just not ordering at that point and went to a different Mexican food truck that actually had food.
