Their killer loaded carnitas quesadilla (ask for all the toppings like sour cream/Pico del Gallo to be included) is to seriously die for.

This definitely isn't Beto's or Rancherito's. Americanized for sure. Tasty enough and well prepared but not the style or flavors you might expect.

The BEST burrito in Utah. It is so crave-able and authentic, if I ever see this truck on the road I am following it to its next destination!!

Probably the saddest Mexican restaurant ever tasted. The chips were store bought and a ton of salt was thrown on them making them impossible to swallow. The rice was sitting too long and was stiff and dry. The food is eh. Digestible and that's it. My daughter got a taco with store bought taco shells. I have never seen that in my entire life. Enough said! Where's our bill!? Get us out of here!

Probably the best Mexican place in Layton. Everything I've had there is excellent. I'm a big fan.

So I was chillin with the guys. It was a normal day, and we wanted street tacos. So where do you go when you want street tacos? Chick-fil-A. After we had our Chick-fil-A, we was driving and we saw this food truck. We all started screaming like little girls and pulled over to get tacos. Fantastic tacos, and the lady working there took a picture of us eating tacos on the curb. After, the sister missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints came and left us a message. Best tacos ever

The food here was pretty gross! Our food was cold and soggy. Of course our take out order wasn't correct. We didn't get street tacos got regular ones instead, no ranch dressing and they didn't put the sour cream and guacamole on the side of one of our meals like we asked. This place gets a zero rating from me.

Garcia's is a great place to eat. Try the Margarita Chicken Burrito it will incite all your senses with a memory that will be hard to forget. It comes on a bed of incredible green sauce with many assorted mix of peppers and onions and grilled, topped with a jalapeño cream cheese "WOW". I've never found any other place that can top this burrito. Try the assorted veggies with it. It's more food than any one person should eat at one time but it will be hard not to. It comes with chips, salsa and a bean dip that's out of this world. Last but not least if you're lucky enough to get served by Mason, he makes your visit worth while. Very attentive and friendly personality.

This is my favorite restaurant for dinner. The service is great and the food is delish. Definitely a tex-mex feel, but I love it! My favorite is the seafood fundito with a coco-motion margarita. I will always choose this place for dinner when I have the choice. My mom loves it too

We used to love this place so when we wanted to have our sisters party catered, we couldn't think of a better place. We Ordered almost $600. worth of food and had ezcater deliver it for us. They delivered it right on time, but all of the food was cold and hard from being cooked too early. The chips were also old and did not taste good at all. This was a very big disappointment since Garcia's used to be my absolute favorite Mexican restaurant in Layton.

Service was excellent. Brandy was a fantastic server and treated us great. The food was good, not great. Chille rellanos we're not as crispy as I would like, the enchiladas were good. Overall a good place to get some decent Mexican food.
