I haven't eaten at any Chick fil A, in at least 5 years. Decided this morning, that I wanted breakfast, which I rarely eat as well. Just took a bite of my Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuit, it was raw dough. That's a lot of money to pay for something that's not even cooked. Guess it'll be another 5 before I go back.

The food is extremely slow to come out, even when you order mobile. I have had people around me come after me and leave with their food before me. When you arrive to the restaurant for your mobile order, they give you an estimate on how long the food will take. Expect the wait time to be 2 or 3 times longer

Chick-fil-A, Layton, is always busy and the lines are long. Their prices have increased to $10-$20 per person for “meals.” Service could be much more efficient. The food is tasty but you’re paying the same price for a meal that you would for a sit down meal at Chili’s.

(I want this review to stay around for integrity but just to amend this I went back after I got a coupon and it seems the management really cares) I went to get my food today 02/8/2025 at 2:40pm I went inside to get some sauces and a lanky dark haired teenage boy who worked there as an expediter to the cars zoomed past me and nearly ran into me then looked back at me like I was the problem then he proceeded to not deliver my food to me until everyone else was served even tho I have been waiting in the car 5 mins longer than everyone else. Please train your staff

Nothing "special" about the atmosphere it's a basic fast food dining room. The employees are very nice. Food, I only gave a "3" because to me, and I know this is just My opinion, the only thing I really care for is the spicy chicken deluxe. I don't know why they don't have the "nuggets" and tenders in 'spicy', which would sure give me more options. The fries really have very little flavor. BUT the employees are Super, and the spicy chicken deluxe is good.

I’m not one to write reviews ever!! Butttt every single time I order from the Layton chickfila I ask for chickfila sauce because.. duhh.. and EVERY TIME I don’t get any. No matter if I’ve gone through the drive through or ordered in DoorDash, I go for the sauce because again DUH! Also the quality of the food I feel lacks at this location. This morning I got a chicken burrito and it is completely roped and barely warm! And NO SAUCE!! Idk if it’s just me but make sure you triple check because asking at the ordering screen and asking at the window isn’t enough..

The curbside pickup at this store is absolutely terrible. Multiple times I’ve waited for 15+ minutes with cold food eventually getting brought out.

ordered a large mac n cheese and when we got home, the order only had 2 medium fries. the person taking the order has even asked if the mac n cheese was a medium or large and still put it in as fries. was pretty disappointed when we saw it because we’ve never had problems with this location before.

David is the first rude employee I’ve ever had at a chick fil a. I originally said I had a mobile order, but saw it wasn’t working so I apologized and asked if I could just put in a new order. He let out a loud sigh and said “let me just see your phone then”. So I showed him my phone, and also read everything off for him to try to help. I was trying to give him time to type everything in, but he told me to hurry up and keep going. After he took our payment he never even said anything, just left our window to the next car. He was so rude and in such a rush that he did a normal Coke instead of diet even though I’m diabetic. He didn’t even get a name for our order so we had to list everything off at the window for them to find it. I come to this chick fil a very often and have never been treated like that before but it definitely ruined my experience.
