We are frequent fliers here and have been for two years. If you feel like it’s too busy, I hear there’s going to be one opening up in Syracuse. They always get my order correct, in a timely manner, and never without sauces or napkins.

I usually love this location and the owner is so awesome. However, today was different. I pulled out my sandwich when I got home and noticed a sticky small green thing that looks like a booger 🤢. The straw wrapper was sticking to it and I had to pull it off. I asked for no pickles on my sandwich so it’s definitely not a pickle piece nor does it look like one. The service was good but I’m not entirely sure about this sandwich…

This CFA could be a perfect 5 star, however the guest service needs work. It’s a 50/50 chance I’ll have an interaction that meets the standards of CFA expectations. It seems most of the team members are very young. When I’ve spoken to management they seemed very kind. Food has (I think) always been correct - a couple times they forgot my sauces and napkins so check your bag. I have been a (at times daily) regular at CFA for over a decade (in Florida) and I don’t mind this one being my new go-to since moving (though I do miss the Celebration,FL location). For a 10/5 star experience, take a trip to the Dwarf House CFA in Georgia! It’s 100% worth the trip!
