A family of 14 arrived at Chili's shortly after 2:00 to commemorate a significant event. When the host asked about the size of our party, we replied that there were 14 of us. After confirming this number, she asked us to wait outside or in our cars to prevent overcrowding in the lobby. I was astonished by this request. I turned to my sister and inquired whether she intended to locate us in our vehicles when our table was ready. Instead, we chose to wait near the front entrance, which inevitably led to a gathering of our group in that area. We ensured that we did not obstruct other patrons entering the establishment, observing the numerous empty seats that could have been combined to accommodate our party. Our waitress provided exceptional service, and I accordingly left a substantial tip. Nevertheless, the experience has led me to question whether I will return to the Layton Chili's location in the future. Given the substantial bill of over $270, I was disappointed by the restaurant's approach to handling large groups, especially considering our arrival prior to the peak dining hour. Shame on you!

Food was undercooked. The macaroni was almost crunchy. The ribs were almost impossible to tear apart. Waitress was nice and funny. overall disappointed. Maybe it is everywhere but $80 for 2 people was more than I expected.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the experience my family and I had during our visit this evening. We have been customers of your establishment for many years, and until now we have always enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, the interaction we had with Holden, the manager on duty, left us extremely disappointed. During our visit, Holden spoke to us in a manner that came across as disrespectful, dismissive, and unnecessarily authoritative. His tone and approach made us feel as though he was more interested in asserting control than in resolving the situation or listening to our concerns. As long-time patrons, we felt we were not treated with the courtesy or professionalism we have come to expect. When we attempted to explain our perspective, Holden did not make any effort to understand our concerns or offer an apology. Instead, his response gave the impression that he had no interest in de-escalating the situation or treating us with basic respect. This left us feeling not only unheard, but genuinely disrespected. We believe that customers should be valued and treated with dignity, even when there is a misunderstanding or disagreement. What we experienced tonight was far below the standard we associate with your business. We hope that this matter is taken seriously, as interactions like this can greatly impact customer trust and loyalty. Thank you for taking the time to review our feedback.

I ordered a burger to be cooked with pink in the meat. Mine was way over cooked. I sent it back and got another , it came back way over cooked. They sent me home with a 3rd and it was still way overcooked! I like a cheeseburger to be juicy and not shoe leather. I felt bad for the server.

Took my wife here for her birthday. The waitress we had was also the or a bartender. She was very busy but made time to check on us often. Even while she was making drinks for others.
Ultimate Cajun Pasta was delicious. The sauce was creamy and there was plenty of it. The chicken and shrimp were cooked to perfection!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent food and even better service! Had dinner here and everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. The staff was friendly, checked in just the right amount, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was upbeat but relaxed — a perfect spot for dinner and drinks. Definitely one of my go-to places in Logan!

I had the best experience at this restaurant than I’ve ever had at any. The food was amazing, and our server Gary went above and beyond. He made us feel cared for at the restaurant even though he was busy. Through all his busyness, he went out of his way to run outside and give us our pie that we forgot at our table. By far the best server ever!!
