My family went to here to celebrate 2 members' birthdays. There were about 6 adults a 5-6 kids of various ages. The food was pretty bad. My burger was burnt to a briquette.. It was a Thursday and moderately crowded. It took maybe 45-50 mins to get our food. The consensus around the table was not positive. The drinks were rarely refilled, and we got charged for the kids using the dinky gaming doodad on the table. Don't assume it's free to play extremely basic tablet games on the cheap tablet on your table. They put it on the bill, and the kids may have obliviously accepted a charge notification. Overall had good time with my loved ones only slightly marred by poor service, shady games on a crummy tablet that cost more than an appetizer, and a 2.5 oz ash puck being passed as a burger. Would not return. 3 stars is me being Mother Teresa level generous.

Deceptive business practices.. I didn't want to go to Chili's. If I wanted subpar low-grade food. I go to the nearest watering hole and get it.. I was looking for chicken wings. I found something that looked pretty decent. It was called just wings.. I then navigated to just wings and it turned out to be a Chili's. This is deceptive and as I thought they would, the wings and the fake blue cheese taste terrible on par with the low-grade food that they serve. I wish I could get zero five stars

The employees were being rude and snappy and kept giving dirty looks and we waited for our food for about 45minutes and it just wasn’t a verY good experience

Love the Big Smash Burger meal. Chips and salsa to start. Big Smash burger with large helping of hot French fries and bottomless mug of your favorite soda. All for $10.99
Follow up. 2.5 years later….. nothing has changed. We even used their “Phone ahead wait list.” And a “10-15” min wait turned to 45-50 min wait. This location is so poor. Plenty of tables and no one is being seated.
Previous review: This is the 2nd time we tried to get a table. Hour wait and there were a lot of tables still available. Like half the restaurant was still empty. Went down the street to Applebees. More people there and got us a table under 10 min.

Went and had dinner, took our infant child. They were very accommodating. The food was fresh. The prices did feel a little higher than last time I'd been to a Chili's but the quality was what I would expect from a Chili's. Would go again if the need arised.

Found fabric in the food, talked to the manager and tried to say it was just paper and walked away and the waitress was being pissy

Jaden was our server tonight and i would say i’m quite impressed. He went above and beyond for us today. from what i heard a different server works hear named landon but id say Jaden is a much better landon. landon has a big red beard which seems quite unprofessional. Thank you Jaden 5/5 would recommend him to anyone attending Chilis.

Worst experience ever. Used to be best ribs ever . Now they over cooked and dry. Ordered 3 different kinds of beers totally out. Waiter very appalagetic not his fault. Gave him nice tip in cash. Never go back to Chili's in Layton.
