Only a few of the workers had hats and aprons on, which is not only unprofessional, but the purpose of the hat is to keep hair out of the ice cream. Also, the kid that made my ice creams wiped his bare hand up the side of the cup onto the ice cream to get rid of the drips. Very unsanitary, and I had a hard time enjoying my ice cream after watching that. Our ice creams were made WAY too big, which I would usually not complain about, but it made a huge mess.

Great ice cream but the teenagers that run the place make it almost not worth it. Online/call in orders take priority over in person customers do get ready to wait. It hasn't been uncommon for me to walk in and not be recognized by staff for over 10 minutes.

The employees are rude and don’t want to be working. We walked in on 11 Dec 23 around 710pm and the two employees working saw us walk in, ignored us and walked to the back to play around. When they came out 1 came out eating and had ice cream or something on their face and the other seemed drunk. I said I wanted the sprinkle apple, the employee said whats that and then picked the apple up not using gloves. He picked up the apple by physically touching where you would eat. I asked if they had gloves and he said yes and proceeded to continue touching the apple with his bare hands. He asked if he preferred that he wash his hands and we said yes or use gloves but you’ve already touched that apple. Him and the employee ignored us and walked to the back. We left. Terrible experience and 0 hygiene.

Ice cream is good as always, but my server only filled me cup halfway full of ice cream. I ordered a medium size and what I got was less that the small amount. Would recommend further evaluation and training in proper portion amount for customers.

Nothing like picking up an order for someone and getting told someone is working on it and then it being pretty obvious nobody was working on it until you said something.Par for the course on 2023 don't expect any kind of apology for waiting forever because nobody bothered working on an order that was put in before every single person in the store put in theirs.....

This place use to be amazing but now the employees don’t even mix the add ons into the ice cream enough. You get half a cookie in one bite and not anywhere else in the ice cream. Extremely disappointing the last few times I’ve visited.

Cold Stone Creamery is located alongside Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. I had a taste for a milkshake so I planned to splurge on a large. They only have two sizes - large and small; however, the large is the size of a normal medium. I wonder if they are out of large cups and charging customers the price of large for a medium size. I have that feeling.....I gulped my "large" milkshake down pretty quickly because it was good and cold in this 100 degree weather.

My husband brought me this apple . So happy . He didn’t touch it . So he didn’t realized it was rotten .. call the store right away so we can get our money back the boy . Didn’t believe us and wants us to comeback for $5 dollars apple . And see the apple first and then gave us the money back we offered him to send a picture to any phone this call was made 10 min after the purchase and he denied and was really rude .. my husband ask him is name or the manager name and he refused to tell us his name or manager name .. I guess no more cold stone for us .
