Our dear Reno server was best, she’s fast and keeps my kids happy every times we go there.

Excellent fresh food as I expected. Service was friendly and excellent. Plenty of parking, clean restrooms.

The food and service is good. However being out of baked and mashed potatoes at 7 pm in the evening limits the side dish selection.

Absolutely disgusting meal. “Thick sliced bacon” for $4, you get 3 sad little pieces of bacon. Paper thin and crumble as soon as you touch it. Our family of four had breakfast there last Saturday morning, for the cost of $65 we had the worst meal of our lives. Zero seasoning, slow service, but when the waitress showed up she acted like she was so busy (long dark hair young petite girl). It is cute inside and I like the fire place but man the food was so bad, I couldn’t have been more disappointed. Save your money and just go anywhere else.

Here’s an honest review. Our service was great. Waiter was awesome and attentive. Food wise…. It wasn’t great. I could’ve made a wayyyyy better breakfast in my kitchen. I brought my family here and the kids usually will DESTROY plates of food when we’re out…. None of them finished their food. Only other place I saw them not eat all their food was at dennys. But I’ll say one thing… the price matches the quality at dennys. The price did not match the quality at Cracker Barrel. Hopefully they see this and step up the quality of their food or lower their prices.

We decided to eat here at the last minute tonight. The service was great! It did take a while to get our food, and my steak was way overcooked. The corn Muffins were also pretty burnt. I let the waitress know the steak was overcooked, and they made me a new one that looked and tasted amazing!! (My pictures show the burnt Muffins and the perfect steak) I typically really enjoy the corn muffins, so that was disappointing, but overall I enjoyed my meal.

For a birthday celebration, my family and I went to Cracker Barrel. This Cracker Barrel breakfast place is our favorite. It's quite beautiful and convenient. The cuisine is also excellent. Although this wasn't our best experience there we ended up coming back later and enjoying it.

We ate Thanksgiving Dinner there as we had a family funeral the next day and weren't in a position to hold our own Thanksgiving. The wait was long, which is understandable, the food was delicious with all the homemade flavors, and the atmosphere was lively, happy and fun. Thank you to Cracker Barrel for taking care of our Thanksgiving! 💯

It’s alright, they should really update the menu and bring some classics in. The service is always so so. The only thing good is the cashiers in the shop and the shop itself! Fun items!

Had to try their peach lemonade but better off with normal it’s too watered down not much flavor. I love country fried steak but this was a big miss, there is NO flavor in the meat. I know the gravy is suppose to compensate for the no flavored meat but you could add a little herbs and seasoning salt to your meat at least. Probably the worst chicken fried steak I’ve had in yrs. I haven’t t been to a Cracker Barrel in two decades. Service was great and loved the little boutique there. The bacon was 5 stars it’s crispy and flakes so wonderfully.

Me, my daughter and my grandbabies went to Cracker Barrel for dinner after my granddaughters school program. Big mistake! After waiting almost an hour for our food, this is what they served me! I was so hungry by the time we got our food I ate a few bites and then cut into it with my fork (cuz that was the only utensil they gave us) to get another bite and lo and behold! (See pic) And yes, we asked for the manager to come over and he took his sweet time, acting all nonchalant and then kind of made a joke about it and asked me if I wanted him to go get me another to which I promptly said no I’m done, so there you have it! They better hope I don’t get sick! 😡🤮
