Consistently the worst experience at this location. I’ve lived here for two years and have yet to see a single adult employee or manager on-site. In the last three visits, I could have written three separate one-star reviews. Each time, I waited over 45 minutes for orders placed through the app. Two were curbside pickups, but I had to go inside because the orders were marked ‘completed’ even though nothing was ready. On another visit, they ran out of a cookie and substituted it without asking or notifying us—didn’t even realize it until we got home. Customer service is nonexistent, and the staff always seem tired, bored, or overwhelmed. This location desperately needs better management and basic customer service training. I’ve seen customers take their frustration out on the young employees, which isn’t fair. The real issue is with management, not the kids—most of them look like they’re just trying to survive their shift.

Ordered a Dubai chocolate cookie for a granddaughter. Waited an hour only to find out “there was a glitch in the system” and that cookie wasn’t available. Would have been nice to know that when we arrived.
When there is a lobby full of people waiting for cookie orders they should have 2 people working on orders instead of one
