We have enjoyed the cupbop stores in the past and had quite nice food from them. But the past year has been quite rough with getting an actual Cupbop without it becoming a soup of sauce. They really drench our cups in sauce. We used to go to the one in Midvale and they always followed their guide to sauce and it was always a perfect amount. Please teach them to follow that guide!

I stopped by here to get lunch after work. I ordered the brunch bop and drove home. I got home and started eating. The first few pieces of chicken I had were fine, but then I picked up one piece with my chopsticks and the whole coating came off. Underneath was a totally raw piece of chicken. It looked like it hadn't been cooked at all. Needles to say I will never eat here again. This is absolutely disgusting and irresponsible.
