Super disappointed in this location. The store sign on the front says it closes at 10 pm, and Google maps says the drive-thru closes at 11. We pulled up at 9:48 to the drive thru, and they told us they were closed and wouldn’t serve us. There was another car in the drive thru that was paying ahead of us. Scrolling through the reviews, it seems like others have had this experience too. I do not recommend this location.

Waited 10 minutes at drive up to order. I was the only one there. The attendant came on twice and told me she would be with me in just a minute. After 11 minutes I drove off.

Last 3 times I have come the wait time is terrible. Can’t do it anymore, I’m done coming here. Going on 20 minutes and counting for a small blizzard. Seems like plenty of help, poor kids are just spinning with no direction.

Google maps said they're open till 11:00. We pulled up just a minute or two after 10:00 and they wouldn't even talk to us. Said they were closed. I asked if there was an opportunity just to grab a quick shake and then I didn't get a response. There were people in the Drive-Thru right in front of us as well. Customer service is lacking a little I would say. Looks like management needs to do a better job of managing their online digital presence as well.
This is the worst Dairy Queen by far. Waited 40 minutes through the drive through, they took our order then ahir the outside lights off and never even came to the window or acknowledged we were there. Do Not Go Here! Terrible service.

We really like dairy queen blizzards, but we just waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. We waited at the speaker for 10 minutes and no one ever said anything so we eventually left. I understand that it can be difficult to hire enough help sometimes and this experience was pretty frustrating. Hopefully there will be changes made.

I arrived at this Dairy Queen yesterday. The assistant manager was cussing out a customer and tossing stuff everywhere. A SENIOR citizen asked politely for him to calm down and the assistant manager starts cussing out the elderly gentleman. Then called the police on him. 3 cops arrived and got both sides of the story. The senior was a customer who had gone to this Dairy queen which has changed management and cooks. The food quality has gone down hill and so has the customer service. I will never go here again if that is how they treat lifelong customers. I recommend never going here and I know they will do this again.
