Jared was supposed to cook sauced and tossed instead he gave chicken fingers with dipping sauce, when confronted he tried to say that they don’t do that anymore! But it is on the menu. When I told him he got irate and said he would make them, he did it to 2 other customers also, he was also very ignorant to the guy who took out order, something should be done with him very bad for business!!!!
They charged on free cone day even though they are not a mall location and their sign was so tiny you could barely not see it after waiting in line for 30 minutes.
I have tried to give this location multiple chances but time after time it’s a disappointment. This is the last straw we won’t be back. Soggy fries and bland chicken tenders. We ordered two meals exactly the same and they both looked like this. It’s like they counted the fries and we reached our limit.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill goes above and beyond for their customers, making special occasions memorable. Customers love the amazing food, ice cream, and desserts. For ice cream it is one of the best. The order was prepared correctly. The kids' menu offers a banana side option. While the burgers and sundaes are available, some items like the fries can be cold. A medium Turtle Pecan blizzard might not be mixed well.
