Four other cars and I were in line for the drive-through before 9 o’clock hit. However, when I got to the speaker, they said “welcome to Dairy Queen. We’re currently closed.” it was very clearly a live person and not recording, and yet they chose to ignore me or serve me.

Just picked up two large blizzards, came in a small soda cup not the regular blizzard cup. Both blizzards have a sour milk taste, I tried calling the store to see if they can make good on this situation but they didn’t pick up the phone and just hung up on my call. I will definitely try to get ahold of management to get a refund!!!

Highway 193 location need’s customer service help….especially Eliseo A. Which should never be allowed to interact with the general public until this dude attends “ charm school”….His attitude sucks, has no people skills and when you try to speak with him he try’s to hide to the side of the drive up window…what a waste of an employee….so lucky that I am not this franchise owner because he would be gone!!!

Ordered 4 different small blizzards through the mobile app. One was plain cookie dough which it didn't didnt even had cookie dough in it but it some cheese cake bites. Then we ordered a superman blizzard and it had a total of 4 pieces of cookie dough bits. And then we ordered 2 Royal cheese cakes blizzards and one of them was made as what I think was maybe a dipped strawberry cheese cake. To make a long story short they pretty much got the hole order wrong. I really didn't think it would be that difficult to read an order off a screen and make a blizzard which is what they do all day every day all week long.

My daughters chicken tenders were insanely dry, had them remade just for them to be dry again. The burgers were mediocre at best. The food was just poorly made. The bathrooms were a mess, and the toilets were full of pee & unable to flush. There was no hand sanitizer in the sanitation stand & no paper towels in tbe bathroom. The girl who helped me was nice, but it was just a really awkward experience and not worth $60. A lot of standing around happening with the workers. It sucks because layton is supposed to be nice.

Unfortunately, I can’t give a review of the food because I never got mine. I ordered online on the app and it said they opened at noon. My order was supposed to be ready to pick up at 12:15 but when I showed up at 12:15 the restaurant was closed. I called and asked them what I was supposed to do and he told me that they didn’t open till one and that they could not process a refund because I had to use the app. I emailed the Dairy Queen corporate and they were supposed to contact the independent franchise owner, but that the individual Store would have to process my refund. I then called them back after they opened at one to request my money back and the manager told me they could not access the app and that the franchise owner and the supervisor we’re both out of town on vacation. He is supposed to be trying to get a hold of his supervisor in order to find out how to get me my money back for food that I was unable to pick up.
We waited in line for 26 minutes and there was no one else in the restaurant on Sunday the 15th at 1 pm. If I could give them zeros I would.

This food was terrible. I gave 1 star because of the Ice Cream Sunday. I ordered 2 of the chicken strip boxes and in both, the fries and chicken were horrible. They were cold, soggy and stale. When I got home I tried to save them by putting them in the air frier but they still were horrible. I threw them away. I will not be back to this location

Picking up for doordash. It said the lobby closes at 10 but it was closed before 9. Had to wait for 30 minutes in the drive thru and let my doordash customer know that their food was going to be later than they wanted. We were both pretty frustrated. Not sure if they're understaffed or just lazy.

Went for free cone day and it was a joke. They said for every purchased item you can get a free cone. But you have to make a purchase. Which is not what the promotion was. Plus they had the free cone day promotion signs plastered all over their building along with regular printed signs saying there must be a purchase made in order to get the free cone. When you Go to the register the story changed to for every purchase made you got a free cone. The lady at the front desk was also very rude and inpatient.
