When I went through the drive-through, I had to wait 10 minutes before someone took my order. I had ordered the barbecue six piece wings and ask that I don’t get toast and that I could have ranch when I pulled up to the window. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food and they gave me toast and no ranch

Zero stars if I could. This Dairy Queen is a pathetic, greasy dumpster fire and needs to be shut down before it drags the entire chain into the toilet with it.
I walk in and the two genius employees up front are practically making out with their phones, I stand there like an idiot for a full minute, finally say “Hello?” and get a snotty little “Hold on” without either of them even glancing up. Classy..
When they finally decided I existed and got to order, the food was somehow worse than the attitude. Burgers? microwaved garbage, soggy buns, gray rubber patties that tasted like they died last week. Fries were ice-cold, hard, and stale enough to use as kindling. I asked politely, if I could get some that were actually cooked in this decade and got hit with, “That’s as fresh as they get.”
Congratulations, to this entire team. You’ve officially turned a beloved Dairy Queen into a sad microwaved gas station knockoff. Do us all a favor and just close. What an absolute disgrace

Fries were not fresh, chicken nuggets were microwaved. This business will sink if they don’t start trying.. won’t be back

Rolled up to the drive through at 8:35 and they say they are closed. Which is odd because google and the doors say they close at 9. So I’m not sure if they don’t want work or what but maybe DQ should hire better employees. Or fix their signs at least. Not to impressed but it matches the town vibes perfectly.

Worst experience at ANY Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. We waited for over 35 minutes to even get our order taken and then when we were ready to order we were told they are out of ice cream! What?? How is Dairy Queen out of ice cream? That’s what you specialize in! You couldn’t put a sign up?? Management needs replaced! If I could give a 0 I would have!
We went to get 2 ice cream cones around 8:45 on 10/27/25 & they forgot our second ice cream cone. My husband tried to tell the girl at the window what kind of ice cream cone it was but she slammed it in his face while he was talking. We tried to pay for the random ice cream cone she brought us but she was annoyed and told us to leave. Their customer service sucks more & more every time we go.

Drive thru employee had a hard time hearing my order. They saud it was because of the bluzzard machine making too much noise. I wanted to try 1 queso dipping sauce for my chicken strips as my sauce. We ordered 2 meals and received 4 queso sauces and was charged a $1.00 a piece, when I only wanted the 1 free sauce. Order was not read back to me.

Gosh where to begin. It was my son’s bday and this is what he wanted. Was told about three times they close in 30 mn. And the guy was like I’m sure you want this to go and I said no. He then again says we close in 30 mn. I def would have left if not for the fact my son wanted it. We already felt uncomfortable. Then ordered my son’s burger for them to keep doing it wrong. It was plain with cheese. My son didn’t order ice cream because he knew they wanted us out of there. We came about 30 mn a way and for what. 60 dollars for what??? Never again
The ice cream was delicious. The burgers were eh... the new sweet chili chicken strips were pretty good. Nice to have a few healthy choices in the kids meals as sides.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Dairy Queen location. I called and ordered a cake a week in advance—plenty of notice, since they only require 24 hours to prepare and decorate a cake. I’ve ordered cakes here for my company many times before, never with any issues.
This time, I spoke to someone on Monday to place the order. Then, on Friday, someone from the store called to confirm the decoration and color details I wanted. I gave them specific instructions, and they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem.
Today, I arrived at 1:15 pm for my scheduled 1 pm pickup. I went through the drive-thru, expecting my cake to be ready. Instead, the staff seemed utterly confused and had no idea what I was talking about. After some confusion, they told me it would be another 5-10 minutes and asked me to park and wait. I began to wonder if they had even kept my order sheet.
After waiting for quite a while, I eventually had to go inside to check on the order. When I finally received the cake, I was shocked at how poorly it was decorated—it honestly looked like it had been done by a child. Unfortunately, since our party was about to start, we had no time to wait for a replacement, so I took the cake as it was.
When I returned and showed the cake to my boss, she was just as upset as I was. She called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Eli, who claimed to be the general manager, answered the call. He was rude, unhelpful, and completely lacked understanding or willingness to resolve the issue.
We order cakes from this location nearly every month for company birthdays, but after this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. This was an unprofessional experience from start to finish, with poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend this Dairy Queen location to anyone. Total waste of $50+.
