I was utterly confused and disappointed when I discovered that the EPIC FRESH GUACAMOLE AND MARINATED CHICKEN BURRITO we ordered was completely devoid of both the chicken and rice. What we ended up with were two COLD, soggy tortillas brimming with beans, which was a far cry from the vibrant, flavorful meal we were anticipating. The burritos were lacking in any real substance; the only other fillings were a scant scattering of tomatoes and a meager smear of guacamole, which didn't do much to salvage the meal.
To make matters worse, the accompanying french fries were not just cool but stone cold, completely lacking the warmth and crispiness one expects from fries. This meal was not just a letdown but genuinely repulsive - the combination of textures and temperatures was off-putting, making the dinner so unpalatable that I couldn't bear to eat more than a few bites. It was a deeply disappointing experience, leaving us hungry and frustrated.

i am so incredibly disappointed. I got this place mixed up with taco time, and it absolutely ruined my day. All day i had been craving some nice crisp bean burritos, so when i pull up to this restaurant and find out that what i wanted was actually at taco time, i was honestly disgusted. Like at least change your sign or name, you literally have the same color scheme and basically the same logo, like what are we doing here. Not only that but like who’s keeping this place open? there’s like nothing on the menu, AND AFTER ALL THAT THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER

Had not been in years to any Del Taco. Pleasant experience, great drive through, enjoyed the tacos! Good prices
It was late night I would say about 1 am and they only have 1 person working ... Inside is closed so you have to go thru drive thru .. I get there and I am told "I will be with you in a minute" as soon as I pull up ... There is no one in front of me at all . I sat for almost 5 mins waiting once I ordered it went quick However I got a chicken quesadilla and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted it was like the chicken was not cooked or was turning bad ... I will not eat at a del Taco again.. I was borderline with their food to begin with but now there is no doubt I won't eat there.
