Food is mid. I usually get burritos and well its not bad but not great either. Its like im bored of all other options and you just go here to eat to eat not really to satisfy a flavor craving.

First I want to say the staff was very nice today compared to other times. There is a lady that works at this location that is very rude but thankfully I didn’t get her today. I ordered the chicken taco salad for the first time and I am very disappointed. There were 3 tortilla chips on the top and a handful of chicken. The taste was horrible. But when I order a taco salad I expect a crispy tortilla shell or tortilla chips but this salad didn’t have either. I will not be ordering this salad again, attached is a pic of half of the salad I didn’t touch.

What is this? This was the absolute worst food order I have ever received. I ordered via door dash, not sure if the worker was having a bad day or what but this was so ridiculous it is honestly comical.

I got excellent service from the store manager when I visited the store. The food was amazing, and the service made it just that much better. Great price also!!
This place lacks common curtisy and basic customer service. As I was waiting for my food, I saw 3 workers look at a customer who was standing at the counter, but the workers turned around and ignored her. As they called my name for my food, the worker handing me my food looks at the lady waiting but ignoring her again and started to turn around. I finally had to speak up to get someone to acknowledge the customer needing help.

I bought chilli cheese fries through the drive thru and they had me go inside to get them because I asked for well done fries... really?? I've asked for well done fries in the past and never once I had to go down to get them ,I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU FOR A REASON smh... Customer service is getting worse at this Layton location.
