This place lacks common curtisy and basic customer service. As I was waiting for my food, I saw 3 workers look at a customer who was standing at the counter, but the workers turned around and ignored her. As they called my name for my food, the worker handing me my food looks at the lady waiting but ignoring her again and started to turn around. I finally had to speak up to get someone to acknowledge the customer needing help.

I bought chilli cheese fries through the drive thru and they had me go inside to get them because I asked for well done fries... really?? I've asked for well done fries in the past and never once I had to go down to get them ,I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU FOR A REASON smh... Customer service is getting worse at this Layton location.

Rude employee refused to make A breakfast burrito at 12:15 AM, lying that they don’t do breakfast at this time. When I pointed out that the sign says breakfast from 11 PM to 11 AM and I’ve purchased breakfast here many times at night, she reluctantly agreed to do breakfast but stated it would take a long time. Super argumentative and rude. I will never come back to this location.
DoorDashed food with drinks right now. My iced tea tastes like it has mold or something rotten in it. I tried to call your number listed to let you guys know but just rang and rang. Hope I or anyone else doesn’t get sick.
