Sadly we used to order Dominos pizza for our family every Friday. Each time we ordered, it arrived incorrectly from what was ordered and delivered with zero care. We called to confirm our order would be correct after we placed our online order and we were told: we will do what we can but, we are busy. It’s sad they can’t read the order tickets and while the app says “quality check” I can assure you it’s not done. Poor service and I will take my business elsewhere. So disappointed.

Day before Thanksgiving ordered over $30 worth of food. Never got delivered. No notification of delivery or anything. When I call and ask they offer to remake it and I get to wait another 20 minutes plus for it. I hate pre tipping for this reason. No effort to apologize or anything. Im very disappointed.

Ordered at 1030pm and the online tracker said it would arrive between 19 and 35 min. Order took over an hour to arrive and on top of that, the pizza was completely cold. Never ordering from this place again. Do yourself a favor and just skip ordering here and order elsewhere. Westside pizza and Pizza Hut do a far better job than this location. As the cherry on top, I tried calling about this order, only to hang up after 20 min waiting.

They should Hire Adults workers more then Teenagers no offense there food taste old and not fresh just saying for my side i forgot to post review in July but i remember there pizza taste horrible

I ordered online through Domino’s, the TikTok viral pizza order.. I don’t recommend sharing with someone else, and I hope you have more control than I did, because I ate it all in one sitting, and now I can’t move.. pizza was fresh hot, it took about 30 minutes or less to get to me. And now I’m gonna take a nap..

My boyfriend ordered online at 5:40 pm online, it estimated a delivery in 18 to 33 minutes.
Kept saying driver was 15 min away then 12 then back to 15. Waited a hour for delivery, it was saying it was out for at 6:06. It got delivered at 6:40. We live like 5 min from the place.
Had to reheat our pizza to enjoy warm food.

I ordered a delivery order from the app. I couldn’t track my order because the tracker didn’t work. After 50 minutes of waiting, I had to call dominos. They said that my delivery would be next, but the guy wasn’t very nice. After 1 hour and 10 minutes, I finally got my delivery. Food was good though. Never excepted Dominos to be like this.
