Everytime I come here I have to wait 20 minutes for a single bagel even when I order ahead. Two times I ordered and paid and waited 20 mins and every single person behind me got there stuff before me and when I went to ask they said oh we never got ur order and I had to tell them again š I kept coming back cause the food was yummy but I canāt wait any longer so I stopped. Place is nasty

Food tastes great. Unfortunately you'll never leave this store under 15 to 20 minutes. One time it took 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Slowest Einsteins I have ever been to. There could be 5 people in the store and it still takes 20 minutes to get food. This is true of everytime I have gone to the point I have to question if I want to waste so much time.

First time going to the Layton location and probably my last. I had a catering order we placed 2 days prior for an event we had on a Saturday morning. Arrived at the designated time and was told 20 minutes till it was ready. Waited 20 minutes and was told that they hadn't even started yet. At this point, I was already late for the event and the employee there just really didn't care and said it was catering's problem. Not a great experience.

Got the all nighter breakfast bagel and it was awesome. Begal was fresh and now I'm obsessed. I will be getting it again and trying other breakfast bagels!
Always order a dozen apple bagels when we go through town, so I'm paying an upcharge. Server made a comment that she really shouldn't heat up 3 for us to eat right away. The apple bagels are the best.

I give you guys a five star!! I ordered take out with the vanilla cold brew. FYI (donāt order that item). The food was amazing as usual, but the vanilla cold brew left a lot to be desired( it was kind of sour). However, the employees rocked and were able to give me a replacement of choice that turned out great! Wonderful customer service you guys! Iāll be back :)

Someone please save this place! We love Einsteinās, but this place is filthy! Iāve never seen the tables cleaned offā¦ever. Thereās always food and garbage on the floor. The bathroom floor is super disgusting. And the serviceā¦the girl helping us was rude and impatient. But yet they want TIPS after all this????? I donāt think so. Please assign your employees to cleaning duty before you go out of business. The employees have the timeā¦because I saw them doing nothing while watching us clean our own tables!
