They keep messing up the drinks. Tonight i order hot chocolate with wip topping and hazelnuts. This is what i got. Some tasteless water. Why ? Thats so bad

We were waiting like 25 minutes just for a single car. I don’t get how they couldn’t get even a few drinks done with two people working in less time. Will not be back to this location at all.

Ordered 2 drinks and I called the frozen hot chocolate something else from a competitor they were rude about it and I asked for Pepsi in my drink and they gave me Diet Pepsi instead and I’m allergic to the artificial sweetener in diet drinks 8.99 for drinks and an allergic reaction this fizz must give their employees an extra class in being rude and passive aggressive cuz the other reviews about being there at opening on a Sunday I’ve had the same issue rude snotty employees with attitude. Won’t be going back to this one again thanks for the allergic reaction I appreciate it!!!!! NOT!

Both Sophie and Courtney were absolutely amazing. My drink was the tastiest I’ve had from there and they were absolute dolls and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much.

I love Fiiz, I have come here more times than I can count, but this location? Even when I order through the app, I wait in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes and I do not understand why. There will only be like 4 cars total in line at the drive thru and it takes 10-15mins for each car to be served. It’s literally only this location, I don’t have this issue anywhere else. Sadly this location is closest to my house. I’m ready to give up on coming here.
This location is poorly run. The wait times (even when not very busy) are absolutely ridiculous.
every time we come to this location the line takes 25+ minutes even if there’s only me and one other car in front of us.

I enjoy going to fiiz especially when this young gal named Brooklyn is working. Super ppl friendly and greets with a smile😁 makes me enjoy wanting to go back!! Drinks and food were served promptly as well.

It’s Sunday, I’m at the drive through 3 min before 12:00. The girl that’s working opens the window, no smile very rude “ We don’t open till 12;00”
I tell her I’m aware of this , she rolls her eyes and shuts the window.

3 workers only 1 was welcoming. When we ordered a 44 oz the lady told us we couldn't add red bull, its only for 16 oz, all other locations have done this. Also the lady didnt ask what the soda base was, did she plan on picking it for me? Kept asking is that all, there were two of us trying to order together. When we ordered popcorn we were told we had to wait and it was gonna be a while, even tho there was popcorn available. We told her we would take what was popped already, by the way it tasted fresh so it wasnt old. Yall may say these ladies had a long day and that's fair, but I feel this is lack of training, minimal professionalism and poor customer service. Ill go to another location before I ever come here again.

The drive thru is scary to navigate in a sedan let alone a big truck. We arrived and walked into the store as a guy was walking out. They told us their lobby was closed (drive thru was still open). I told them my truck won’t fit in their drive thru. The girl looked at her watch and shrugged her shoulders and kept doing drive thru orders. I looked at my watch and it was 2 mins after their lobby closed (which it feels like a guessing game when their lobby will be open or not). When you have a drive thru as narrow and curvy as theirs, you should keep your lobby open until you actually close. I gave them an extra star because it forced us to their competitor which we feel in love with. The only reason I will return to Fiiz is to use the rest of my gift cards I purchased on special and when at Lagoon. Beyond that we will go to one of your many competitors (there are a ton in this state). After reading several reviews about the same terrible customer service I took my extra star away for driving me to their competitor which honestly were so friendly and tasted better and had more options than Fiiz.
