Sadly this place has gone downhill :( every time I go lately I’ve had longer wait times, the drinks aren’t good, creamer is missing. The last straw for me was literally their straws 🫠 They changed to these super cheap flimsy straws that are barely strong enough to stir your drink. That with how flimsy their cups are now gives shrinkflation

Drive thru employees were friendly. I’ve gone inside now on a couple of different occasions for an online pick up. Employee response was next to none as they ignore you until you finally talk out loud to them with our backs to you. They are really bad about ignoring in store customers. Our drive-thru is pretty slow too.

Love the drinks. Always have and probably always will. Service is SLOW. I used to get there and even with cars to the road, I could get through in about 10mins. Someone would come out and grab orders to ease the line along. Lately, I have spent over 30mins in line. Today, I waited the typical amount in line and then another 15mins between paying and getting my order (3 drinks and a pretzel bite). The wait is getting horrendously long. I would either suggest getting faster at making orders or have someone come take orders for the long line? Or maybe more people to fulfill orders?

They keep messing up the drinks. Tonight i order hot chocolate with wip topping and hazelnuts. This is what i got. Some tasteless water. Why ? Thats so bad

Ordered 2 drinks and I called the frozen hot chocolate something else from a competitor they were rude about it and I asked for Pepsi in my drink and they gave me Diet Pepsi instead and I’m allergic to the artificial sweetener in diet drinks 8.99 for drinks and an allergic reaction this fizz must give their employees an extra class in being rude and passive aggressive cuz the other reviews about being there at opening on a Sunday I’ve had the same issue rude snotty employees with attitude. Won’t be going back to this one again thanks for the allergic reaction I appreciate it!!!!! NOT!

I love Fiiz, I have come here more times than I can count, but this location? Even when I order through the app, I wait in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes and I do not understand why. There will only be like 4 cars total in line at the drive thru and it takes 10-15mins for each car to be served. It’s literally only this location, I don’t have this issue anywhere else. Sadly this location is closest to my house. I’m ready to give up on coming here.
