Today was the last straw.. we love fiiz, and have been patrons for years. But this Layton location is beyond sub par. Out of the last 6-8 visits 1 time our drink order was actually correct. We typically sit in the drive thru or lobby to double check our order, but today by mistake we tried to Doordash it... that was a big mistake. Every drink was wrong, no ice and 1 drink was over 1/3 empty. I never have this issue at other stores....

Awful service had to called about a issue and I got no reply even called At different time incase it was busy even got my number to the GM told I was going to get a call back and still am waiting to hear back i left a few Gmail’s I haven’t heard a single thing about my refund not even that’s they can’t honor it so I’m left waiting!Save your time here are better soda shopsSoda Crazy about Italian IceQuench It! Just ordered a sharknado drink on uber eats and it looks nothing like the picture. Like you couldve at least put the syrup and gummy sharks on top of the whipped cream. The drink tastes like nothing too, the worst 13 dollars ive ever spent.

Good as any Fizz, and I like they are open Sundays. We arrived 6 minutes early today, and of course, we were totally okay with waiting for them to open the drive through at 12. Didn't appreciate being yelled at for being early and the little window being slammed in my face though. I was just chilling, didn't even say anything to them at all let alone something to deserve that.

2631 N Hill Field Rd, Layton, UT 84041long drive thru line and went inside.. they said they only do doordash pick ups and that the lobby is closed on sundays... straight up told us NO in a rude tone/manner twice about ordering inside. They were an older woman and a younger lady. Terrible customer service, couldn't be nicer about it or explain anything. Walked out with nothing. Better off going to a different location.

I’ve loved Fiiz for years but usually go to a different location. I tried this location today and asked for a DIET Dr. Pepper. I now have a severe migraine because I was given regular Dr. Pepper, not diet. Drinking soda with sugar in it is bad news for me, no matter the amount.Now, I understand that mistakes happen, but I can’t help think if someone with a serious condition such as diabetes and was given a sugar drink without their knowledge, serious issues could occur. Luckily that is not the case this time, but I’m sure pissed that my weekend will be accompanied by a lovely migraine. Thanks, Fiiz! Go to Kaysville instead where they take the time to get the order correct.Love, A Disgruntled Karen

Waste of money for inedible chonuts. So hard and crunchy that fell apart with no taste. Last straw with this location. Never again.
I order the pepperladda at the kaysville store everytime and it tastes amazing. unfortunately at the Layton store we went through the drive through and the staff was very nice and fast, but they were way too fast, my drink tastes horrible they might of well given me a plain Dr pepper. I very much regret tipping them $3 for my $3 drink. No cream or coconut at all and I can barely taste the pineapple. Won't be tipping them again until after I taste my drink.

Out of all the Fizz locations this one is the handicap location. If making a soda isn’t easy enough they just don’t care. Try to avoid if you can. Unless you want to wait forever when 2 cars in front of you.

Placed an order online the day before out of courtesy since I had a big order and when I go in she proceeds to tell me they don’t have my order and was trying to send me to the mall fiiz I showed my receipt with the Layton address and she was arguing with me that she legally could not make my drinks since she didn’t know I paid even after I showed my receipt.A JOKE. She finally agreed to making all my drinks but told me she was only going to make it with the sodas it came with when I had custom orders. So I then pulled out my receipt to help her make the drinks properly. She was rude and disrespectful and I did not appreciate the customer service.
