Five-star review for the employee that help me with my order. I was using a coupon and misordered my food. They were able to make it right and I appreciate that. I was pretty tired. The quality was good They were making them to order. Business was pretty busy the night that we went so you could tell that nothing was sitting too long. I appreciate that the fountain machine was in the dining area so you could get refills. The bathrooms were clean. Would go there again if the need arise.

Pretty disappointed with my service, i will say it was because of an awesome cause. They were doing a veterans day deal. However if you have deals and know you will be slammed you should plan and expect business, our order took half an hour to complete. I don’t really think it’s entirely the fault of the employees with that being said i do think the employees need to do a better job at managing expectations. I really think this business should plan for more employees when they do things like this. Again very appreciative of them doing it.

I've never eaten at Firehouse subs but we had a buy one get one from a promotional offer we bought. I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was delicious. The employees were kind as well.

One of the cleanest Firehouse Subs I've been eaten at. Not to mention the great service! They got my order right!!! Bread was nicely toasted. We brought my brother his first time, and now he loves Firehouse Subs like we do!!!

This was my first time trying Firehouse and i absolutely loved everything. Jimmy John’s has nothing on this place. I got the Honey Ham build your own. The amount of meat they put on your sandwiches is very generous! I appreciate the taste and toasted combination!

I usually come here once in a while whenever this place has deals, but I realized this place needs more employees working especially on a night where individuals are going to use special deals. There was only 3 people working and their customer service could have been better. Two of the guys were acting rude while the one was the one who is always nice. The food tastes great all the time but they take A LONG TIME to get your order ready. Other than that, just needs improvement on customer service experience and needs to be faster on getting good orders complete.

Cody was awesome. I placed a doordash order. The dasher picked up my food but canceled the pickup. After several other dashers showed up to pick up my food finding out it was already gone but not marked as such I called the store and talked to the manager cody. He remade my order and held it there for me to go pick up myself. Which means they only get paid once for making it twice. Thank you so much Cody.
For the second time in a row I asked for extra pickles and got none. Also got home and opened the boxes to find bread to not be around the meats and next to the bread. After putting our own sandwichs together they tasted ok. Not the experience I was hoping for.

Ordered a brisket sandwich and soup. They forgot my soup, which I didn't realize until I got home. The sandwich had so much mayo on it, I gagged. There was also lettuce stuck all over the bottom from being made on a dirty counter. I ended up throwing it away. What a waste of money.
