Hello? Literally called 5 times and just nobody picked up, boyfriend called on his phone and they picked up and immediately hung up the phone? What kind of business just doesn’t answer the phone? That’s insane and you clearly need more people working if not one person can answer when a customer calls 6 times. Will never go to this business now since they can’t even answer the phone. Absolutely ludicrous.

The sandwiches are the best. Restaurant is clean. No dirty tables. Service is quick depending on how busy they are with take out orders etc. as can be expected any place you dine. They have tv's with various programs on and it not always sports which I would enjoy. Especially auto racing so I just watch it on my phone. Flo Sports (Flo Racing) or the F1 Channel on ROKU Live TV.

Tue Jan 13, 1pmNot sure what's happened here. Went in was told it would be 15 minutes, ok cool. Then they never took order... just kept building sandwiches for online orders. I get online orders but hey, how about whoever is hiding in the back step up and help the 2 guys working their butt off at counter or hire more. Went next door to Scrambled, found excellent sandwiches, amazing Chili verde and service. GO THERE instead if Firehouse is too busy for more business

They put a cold cut sandwich with mayo and mustard through the heater, WHY???? The flavor of cold meat ran through a heater is uhhh, very interesting.
This is one of the worst things I have ever tasted. I don't know how to describe mayo and mustard extremely heated up and dissolved onto bread and turkey meat.
Can't wait for Jessica to tell me they'll take our feedback into consideration 🤪
