We come here all the time and pretty much order the same and is enough to feed the entire family (about $95 without tip) we order several large fries and got maybe the equivalent of a single large fry order. I went up and asked the employees because it seemed like an honest mistake and they told me they were too busy and sorry but that is how it’s always been. We’ve been coming here for over 5 years and it has never been this way. Five guys is known for generous fry orders a this was nothing like it has been. Even worse the attitude of both employees was just rude.

I was pleasantly surprised with the great service here. We were greeted right away, even though they were busy. The person who helped us was friendly. We let them know the fry sauce dispenser was empty and it was refilled before I even saw them come out. We got our food quickly and it was delicious. This is the best service I've had at a fast food chain in a long time.

We accidentally ordered the wrong thing to get a discount and Charleigh was so much help. She helped us cancel our order and get the discount on a new order. Super helpful and friendly. Food here was amazing as always!

Excellent service and burgers. However, the outdoor tables and bathrooms are nothing short of filthy. Today the vase has dried urine on the seat. And as always, the outside table cannot be used.

Decent food but our orders have been messed up both the last 2 times we went, giving my 6 year old the big bacon cheeseburger and myself the little one.
I ordered Cajun fries but received regular. When I informed the employee, he handed me a packet of seasoning and told me I could season my own fries. Of course the seasoning did not adhere properly to the fries. When you mess up just replace the fries. 3 stars because the burger was still good.

Nice wide open tables, both high top and low top, bathroom was clean, tables were wiped down and food was delicious 😋! Burger was juicy and flavorful and the Cajun fries were plentiful and so good! Perfectly season to my liking and hot crisp not soggy!
