Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Food was surprisingly good! The meats were pretty good quality too. Floor was pretty dirty and the bathroom was a war zone. We were right at the end of the dinner rush and staff was busy getting everything corrected near the end of our visit. Glad to see staff was on top of it! Our server was attentive and friendly. Seems like a pretty good location!

We went to Golden corral for my birthday and the prices are out ranges 16.99 for a senior ant going there again and that was just for lunch Dec 20 2025

We have never had a problem when we have visited here and the food and atmosphere are wonderful the team that works here is efficient and helpful and knowledgeable. A great place to take the whole family

Layton golden corral is usually my favorite place to go. This afternoon when we went as a family i was very disappointed in the quality of the food there today. My favorite food is the big shrimp. It was terrible. The shrimp looked like they were undercooked. They usually are a darker brown in color from the deep frying. The inside of the shrimp was mushy like not cooked thoroughly. My next favorite is the deep fried chicken. My first piece when I turned it over looked as if a rodent had chewed on it. I'm sure that's not the case. It looked like it had been there all day. Second piece was a little better but still like it was undercooked. I'm going to have a hard time paying out $40 for two meals like they were today.

We were there on a busy day. Excellent job keeping up with the demand... they never ran out of anything.
The only thing I can suggest is having chilled plates for the salad and dessert bars.
