Greener Grass Juicery

Although I wouldn't refer to myself as an açaí bowl expert, I have tried manyyyy many different açaí bowl places between all of the city of Seattle and all of Salt Lake, and I am here to tell you that Greener Grass is by far the very best. When you factor in portion size, price, account for every ingredient, the QUALITY, the amount of toppings that are already included, the TASTE, and did I mention their customer service??? They literally will stop what they are doing to open the door for you on the way out while you carry your bowls!!! Not to mention they have a loyalty program, that I am not ashamed to admit that I am probably be the most loyal member to.. Anyway, if you are looking for an extremely yummy, refreshing meal that has the PERFECT ratio of texture between the fruit, granola, açaí, honey etc. in every single bite, COME TO GREENER GRASS !!! it is just toooooo good, my god

Greener Grass was my first introduction to acai bowls, and I have been craving them ever since. I've tried 6 or 7 different places while traveling to other states and a couple closer to home that make similar bowls, and even tried making my own, but Greener Grass is still the best, hands down. The acai bowl with peanut butter is my favorite. Plus, the owner and all the employees are extremely nice.

I was really loving this place, i think the food is amazing, but yesterday i called to place a pick up order and i was given the option to pay over the phone. Since i had an option I said "no, sorry, im not comfortable with that..my Hubs will pay when he arrives ." the guy's tone immediately changed after that and he coldly said "well, you have to buy it before you order." I didn't know what to say to such rudeness. . I didn't have time to think about it so I responded "I guess my husband will just pay after he orders in the store...?" The guy didn't care. After I thought about how weird that interaction was, I remembered them adding a 25% tip to my order for themselves without my permission once -just for a pickup-but I didn't even complain because I was happy with the food. Needless to say I didn't buy anything from them that day. I have been looking at the timeline of reviews and it matches my experience, after they started getting good reviews their treatment of customers went out the window. I don't care how good the food is, don't care that it's a local start up, I don't support businesses that treat their own customers- their livelihoods-like this.

They have the highest quality products across the board and their customer service is top notch. All the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I’ve been in when it’s busy and when I’m the only one there and the service does not differ. I highly recommended to anyone! Shop local! They’re 10x better than Jamba Juice!

I called to make sure that they could make a bowl without banana, I have an inflammatory reaction to banana… so I asked if they could simply leave the banana out of the base… and he said no. I asked why not, and he said it’s company policy and usually people that have sensitives to fruit find different alternatives. I hung up the phone on him. I have an inflammatory reaction to bananas, not allergic. Why can’t you leave it out of the base… so rude, don’t go here.

This place is hands down the best!!! I have never had anything I didn’t love!The bowls are huge and packed full of deliciousness. The juices are wonderful!You can tell the owners and employees genuinely care!! They greet each customer with warmth and kindness and they even open your door for you as you leave!!!We love it here and can’t say enough good!! This place is the best açaí bowl you will find!! The dragon fruit bowl is my favorite but you can’t go wrong with any of them!!!They also have gluten free granola that is delicious!!!
