I was really loving this place, i think the food is amazing, but yesterday i called to place a pick up order and i was given the option to pay over the phone. Since i had an option I said "no, sorry, im not comfortable with that..my Hubs will pay when he arrives ." the guy's tone immediately changed after that and he coldly said "well, you have to buy it before you order." I didn't know what to say to such rudeness. . I didn't have time to think about it so I responded "I guess my husband will just pay after he orders in the store...?" The guy didn't care. After I thought about how weird that interaction was, I remembered them adding a 25% tip to my order for themselves without my permission once -just for a pickup-but I didn't even complain because I was happy with the food. Needless to say I didn't buy anything from them that day. I have been looking at the timeline of reviews and it matches my experience, after they started getting good reviews their treatment of customers went out the window. I don't care how good the food is, don't care that it's a local start up, I don't support businesses that treat their own customers- their livelihoods-like this.

I’ve been in when it’s busy and when I’m the only one there and the service does not differ. I highly recommended to anyone! Shop local! I called to make sure that they could make a bowl without banana, I have an inflammatory reaction to banana… so I asked if they could simply leave the banana out of the base… and he said no. I asked why not, and he said it’s company policy and usually people that have sensitives to fruit find different alternatives. I hung up the phone on him. I have an inflammatory reaction to bananas, not allergic. Why can’t you leave it out of the base… so rude, don’t go here.

This place is hands down the best!!! I have never had anything I didn’t love!The bowls are huge and packed full of deliciousness. The juices are wonderful!You can tell the owners and employees genuinely care!! They greet each customer with warmth and kindness and they even open your door for you as you leave!!!We love it here and can’t say enough good!! This place is the best açaí bowl you will find!! The dragon fruit bowl is my favorite but you can’t go wrong with any of them!!!They also have gluten free granola that is delicious!!!

Very attentive and welcoming from the moment I stepped in! I can see their choice of ingredients and variety are top notch, Their smoothie bowls are delicious and dairy free! My 3 year old keeps asking me to give her more "fruit ice cream". Their 'clean green' juice is smooth and not bitter! The owner said "I'll see you soon!" And tbh he was not lying! Found a good healthy food spot

These people are very unprofessional. They yelled at my wife and kids about a month ago. They also yelled at my brother, who is sitting down, taking a phone call in a seat on the sidewalk!!!! I called the property management company and it is not a designated spot for them because technically it’s on the sidewalk!!! threaten to call the cops for loitering and started cursing at him. The owner did the threatening, I would never recommend this place, very unprofessional and dangerous, it also sounds like they hate kids!!! Seems to me like they were spoiled little brats growing up, thinking that they could get whatever they wanted, time to grow up guys. Mommy and daddy aren’t here to take care of you anymore. One word to describe this place! Pathetic!
