Great ice cream and service

Excellent hand churned ice cream a small is three huge scoops!

We love Handles ice cream! This location did not disappoint. Very kind and efficient young people were working the night we dropped in. It was busy and we were served promptly.

The ordering process here is extremely unorganized. Their menus have no description of flavors or allergies, you have to specifically ask when you get to the front, resulting in holding up the line.
On top of that, their employees seem to have no idea what’s going on. We tried to order 2 different flavors (that were both on the menu) and were told that they don’t even make them anymore. Our order was then made entirely wrong. Meanwhile, at least 3 other employees were standing around doing nothing. And it was pretty busy.
After we’d been sitting for 2 minutes, an employee with cleaning supplies told us the lobby was closing, and hovered over us until we left.

Love this Handel’s Ice Cream location. Worth the wait, love the management, try the graham central station ice cream- it’s to die for.

It’s 9:30, the line is out the door, and one of the employees is busy stacking all the chairs and stools as if the place is closed—leaving customers with nowhere to sit. There’s an older man behind me who is visibly upset, and honestly, I don’t blame him. They’re still open for business, yet instead of helping with the rush, that employee is more focused on closing. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. If this were my team, there’s no way I’d allow anyone to treat paying customers this way while we’re still open.

i love this place so much and i come here 3-5 times a month. i just wish you would have your employees wear gloves, its honestly disgusting watching them serve everyone while im waiting in line. i watched an employee lick his finger and then scoop someone's ice cream. i understand theyre using a scooper but theyre sticking their whole arm into the container.

I like the ice cream, but the menu no longer displays a description of the flavors, so that's a bit annoying. There is a description of the flavors on a sign on the counter, but that does little to no good when trying to figure out what you want, before you order.

Great place to get ice cream. They don't skimp for sure and clean bathrooms and tables were clean as well

I love Handels except this one. Food was good. However we went to set down and all the tables were gross nobody wiped them off. Then this 16 year old came out to about 30 of us and said you all need to get out now the lobby is closed. This was 9:25 pm on a wed. There were 35 or more people in line and they forced all of them out as well. Very rude staff. Chairs were broken as well. I would eat at any other Handels just not this one.

Apparently the ice cream was so ridiculously, mind-blowingly, taste-bud-tinglingly good that it literally blew me away from the inside out, leaving me a hollow shell of a person with a severe brain freeze, an intense craving for another gargantuan scoop, and a sudden onset of diarrhea.

One of the workers there he said his name was korbin. exceeded my expectations for customer service. props to him.

The ice cream here is very delicious, they never skimp out on your ice cream quantity or quality.
