Lol they had 4 employees working the store and we still waited in line for about 25 minutes. They were moving so slow it was almost funny, it was like they were in slow motion or something. The ice cream was good though!

Some of the best ice cream in utah and cheaper than coldstone. Very good for peanut butter or brownie lovers!!!
Went in to pick up an online order, noticed someone else was already waiting. Waited behind them for 5 minutes while we were both completely ignored, I ended up asking her if any of the 5 TEENAGERS that apparently run the store have helped her, she said no. So I had to yell to one of them to come help us. The lady got her order and then the teenager wanted to ignore me immediately after.. had to call her over AGAIN to get my order from the freezer. My advice? Maybe hire an adult to supervise the 17-18 year olds that run the entire place on a Saturday night

Terrible service. There was only one employee working on a Saturday night with a line out the door. They need to be fully staffed. The one teen that was “working” has zero hustle despite the line out the door. He was also scooping ice cream without any kind of glove and was touching the outside of the cones ?I saw at least 15 people leave the line and walk out the door.I love the ice cream here but it’s so poorly managed.

Such a disappointing experience today at Handles. Ordered my favorite usual, simple cooking n’ cream, but was disappointed to see little to no Oreo in it. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction, they told me they couldn’t replace it. I didn’t argue, but sadly just paid again, for another flavor to avoid conflict. Which I didn’t think was fair.Then, my partner who I went with found a string of curly hair in his cone as he was eating his ice cream.I was so sad about my experience, I used to like this place.

I love this place BUT we found super glue/hot glue on the cones. It appears they use super glue to hold the paper on. While doing that it adheres to the cone, that is toxic for human consumption. I did let a shift lead know. I didn’t want to appear aggressive ,but two cones had it so it seems to be common practice to allow super glue/hot glue on cones…
Go there all the time. Delicious ice and a great value. Just wish they'd bring back the malted caramel ice cream.

Wow talk about large portions! Went here on a date with my wife to check it out and we were blown away by the portion size. We thought two flavors meant two scoops. Double that and that’s what you get. Large menu with traditional and non traditional flavors. This is a great spot for family, teens to hang out, or date night. They mainly sell hard ice cream but I guess they do offer soft serve.Kid-friendliness: Kids love this ice cream.
Great ice cream and it came with great service. We had a large party and the person taking our orders was very patient. Top notch!I highly recommend this place for ice cream! They have fun flavors and your basics for all those who hate exploring!
