Hot Dog on a Stick

Was waiting on my 2 cheese sticks and I saw the worker grab a big long black hair our of the batter and acted like nothing was wrong and kept dipping my food in it. I literally just threw mine away as soon as I got them. So gross!

45 min to get 2 hot dogs and 2 fries. This business tries to run 3 stores at the LHM food court and staffs none of them. They had 3 employees running around 3 stores trying to service customers. How about you guys give these kids help and staff each store.

My grandma had an amazing experience here last night! First of all, the food was great and the customer service was amazing! When she got her order, she accidentally dropped it on the ground. She was ready to go back and pay for another, but the workers were so helpful and kind to make her another. We were so impressed with their great service and kindness towards her. Thank you so much!

Why would you cook fries in the same oil as the Funnel fries. 🍟. The fries are sweet. Service is lacking.

Terrible experience. The staff had very bad customer service. The lemonade tasted like cleaner or chlorine. They made me the wrong hot dog the first time (asked for beef gave me pepper Jack cheese) and then I asked for a corrected hotdog they fried the correct one beyond being edible. Decided it wasn’t worth trying to get another one or get my money back because the staff was so careless. Really too bad cause I used to love this place. Won’t go back to this location.

They said they “don’t have water” even for purchase. Like what? Always about 10-15 minutes for items. I understand “made fresh” but it’s just consistently something that pops up with this place. Lights were off on 3/30 at about 2 in the afternoon the place looked closed fyi for management

They really do need to retrain the staff. The teenagers and the adults all have horrible customer service skills. The only time I've ever seen them act right and not just socializing is when the owner/manager is actively in and not focused on the other shops. The only reason why there are higher stars is because the flavors of the food is consistent with other shops. And I care more about my food tasting right

I waited about 45 minutes for a cheesedog and fries. There's was no line when I ordered. I've been waiting them to call my name, so I finally came up because it's been taking forever. I was so pissed to hear the girl say that she was out of her brain and thought all the orders were done! Seriously?! And the tall guy who was taking the orders didn't even remind her? They were all just standing and talking and just forgot about the orders. Waited 45 minutes to get burnt fry and cheesedog. This happens January 3, 2025. 5:40-6:30pm. Terrible stupid workers.

Grabbing Hotdog on a Stick in a mall is a blessing!! Seriously what the heck is wrong with people's expectations?

I was a huge fan of HotDog on a Stick my whole life and I recently found this location and was super excited. From super excited to complete disappointment, today I had to leave this review… 3rd time here and the lemonade machine is down “again” rude employees (kids) who have no interest in the company or their job. Everything was overcooked and when I brought it to their attention I was told that’s how it’s cooked and they had no care! I love this company but this location needs serious rebuilding internally, because it’s horrible service and rude employees. Won’t revisit!!!

Hand dipped corn dogs. They are made to order. They had five employees behind the counter and none of them looked very happy to be there. It's just in the food court to the left of the Chick-fil-A. Tried the item that had flaming Hot Cheetos sprinkled on it. It was okay. I think their oil was a little hot cuz the outside was well done but the inside was a little gooey.They offer all beef or turkey hot dogs or you can have them put American or pepper jack cheese in the center The cheese is very soft.

Vegetarian options: You can get cheese dipped and batter and deep fried

Dietary restrictions: I think everything there had gluten in it so probably stay away if that's a problem

Parking: The parking's all around the mall. Park on the north end that takes you into the food court

Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love a corn dog

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs
