They don’t take reservations for number of guests under 8 people at this restaurant and it is extremely annoying. Wouldn’t even let us on the waitlist until we were inside the restaurant.

The girls that work here are amazing!! I’ve only been to the drive up at this location due to having little ones in the backseat, but they are wonderful and so accommodating! The girl that helped me today even remembered me from the other day!! Awesome customer service skills!! Way to go Hugs staff!! I’ll be back!!

First time we came here and had their sandwiches and they were delicious so we decided to come here a second time and try the salad since we love hug hes salads.. We were so disappointed! I should of taken a picture.. I got the summer salad and my husband got the cob salad. I had barley any salad and all my toppings were definitely not fresh. My apples and strawberries looked and tasted old. My husbands salad was super salty and again not fresh with barely any salad. Don't go here if you want fresh salad...

This was our first time here and it was an amazing experience! The staff was so helpful and kind, the environment was great and clean and the food was delicious! Small sandwiches for such a high price, soda we ordered was just carbonated water but we didn’t notice until we were home so it was a complete waste of money. The food is made to order so it takes awhile to cook, French dip sandwich was especially disappointing size wise and the had just a thin layer of meat.
