Was sad to see lots of wilted veggies. The place kind of stinks of old cooking odors. Not impressed with food but waitress was attentive. You really need to get rid of those black mushrooms....yikes

This place used to be our go to for a casual family outings. The service was great but the floors had not been mopped in some time. Our shoes were sticking to the tile floor around the food preparation area and the carpet looked liked it had not been vacuumed recently. Although the food was good, it wasnât as good as previous visits. Because of the sticky floors I couldnât help but wonder what other areas had not been cleaned appropriately. We wonât be back anytime soon.

This place was not clean at all there was ants where we were sitting. The meats looked brown and had a wierd smell did not look good. There was also flys standing on the food and when I told the waiter all she said was âoh okay Iâll let my manager knowâ and we didnât even end up eating our plate because we got grossed out.

Just a warning/FYI: If you want the salad and soup and rice that you pay for with your meal (thatâs specifically stated on the menu as included) you must ask for it. If not you wonât receive it and you will not receive a credit or any adjustment in your bill for not receiving it. At every other HuHot we have been to they ask you if you would like soup or salad and how many rice bowls youâd like, then bring it to you. Or if they forget and you forget they give you the lunch price which is the price for just the grill-because thatâs all you received. When we brought if up to our server very kindly she was very rude and snippy and stated nothing can be done. We also had our eggs given to someone else and my daughter received someone elseâs seafood in her meal. We mentioned it to them and they just laughed. Luckily, our daughter isnât allergic to seafood. And hopefully the person who got our eggs isnât allergic. Basically, If you have allergies or want good service I would not recommend which is a shame as the food is good!

Servers and grillers are fantastic and nice. Eating gluten free is easy here. Food is clearly labeled, they have gluten free recipe cards, and they have special bowls and designate part of the grill for those with allergies
