Mongolian BBQ has always been a favorite of mine. It does help that you get to put it together yourself and pick your sauces and put the proportions you want. They cook the food right in front of you and even make the effort to specially prepare it according to your dietary needs!

Was amazing! Surprised me all it had there, so much food to choose from.I loved it!Vegetarian options: They scrub the grill really well, an 'allergy' scrub for vegetarians so their food is not grilled w meat grill.

My girlfriend and I don't time manage well and often go to restaurants within an hour of close which I feel guilty for so we hurry our eating and tip well. We did this at hu hot and we had the server Frank who we have had before and instead of rushing us out he even encouraged us to go back up again for the third time even though they were about to close. Frank is such a nice man everytime we go and always makes it a pleasant experience. 10/10 will go back and I hope I get Frank everytime I go back.

My granddaughter has allergies, so they give you different colored bowls to indicate that when cooking. When the cooks see that they need to clean a portion of the grill off and scrub completely. I realize it's a pain, but NEVER let your customers see that. The cooks there that day acted and looked upset. I can only assume they didn't know I was with them because they didn't hide their feelings about this. Very unprofessional! The waitress deserved 5 stars and food was great. But disappointed in the interaction with the cooks that day, hence the 3 stars for service.

If you love Mongolian BBQ you'll like it here. The thing I always say is that this place accommodates large groups very well. They have a ton of options for meat, sauce, and veggies, but the quality of the ingredients seems a bit lacking compared to both Mongolian Grill in Layton and Lee's Mongolian in Ogden. The advantage this place has is the size.
First time eating here since my gluten intolerance diagnosis and it was a great experience! They have different colored bowls so the chefs are aware of the allergy. They also clean the grill with a special scrubby and section off your food from everyone else’s and use different spatulas too! My server also told the chefs I had an allergy too for extra awareness. I’m really happy with how our visit went! Thank you all!

Nikole is the most amazing manager! Not only is she efficient, but she is kind, generous, and compassionate! My daughter and I went in for lunch today and Nikole stopped to talk to me on a particularly difficult day. She even paid for me to take a desert home to my sick daddy. We love her and this restaurant!

HuHot Layton is the most amazing restaurant I have ever been to! Not only do they accommodate perfectly with my gluten allergy, but the staff is wonderful! Nikole was our waitress (and manager) today and she made me and my mom’s day extra special. She took time out of her day to stop and listen and chat with my mom who was having a very rough day. Nikole truly cared and was the most kind waiter and manager! We love her and we love this restaurant!!❤️
