We went to the location in Layton, Utah. We had a wonderful time. Our server, Marissa, was a gem. We had been having a rough morning, and she took incredible care of my family. If I could personally give her 5 stars, I would.

Really enjoyed being seated and then waiting 30 to 40 minutes to even get asked about drinks. And then another 25 minutes to ask if we're ready to order. Large family that both arrived and got seated 10 minutes after we sat down got asked about drinks and received them and food before we did. When the server came to take our order she looked irritated that we were still even there😒 it wasn't even busy, we were only 2 people 😒

I went to Ihop today with my husband and Marlee was my server and I asked for red potatoes skins she brought out 2 other versions of potatoes. She was un focused too busy talking to a guy. Overall disappointed in the customer service. I wish it was better.

I stopped by the Layton IHOP for breakfast and had a really satisfying experience! The food was exactly what I was hoping for: I ordered the Belgian waffle which was light and fluffy, along with the bacon, ham, and eggs with hash browns, which were cooked perfectly. Typical IHOP deliciousness, no complaints there!
What really elevated the visit was the excellent service. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, frequently checked in on us, and kept our coffees perfectly topped off without us having to ask. It made the whole meal feel relaxed and pleasant.
The restaurant itself was well-maintained; the bathrooms were clean, and the interior dining area looked good. A reliable, well-run location with great service—a solid 4-star breakfast spot!
My aunt and I just went to the Layton IHOP a couple weeks ago and had a really good experience. The food and atmosphere were great. I wanted to make a special shout out to our server I think her name was Lily Mae. She went above and beyond in helping my aunt and I feel comfortable, being patient with my dear aunt and her fun quirks and having such an upbeat and compassionate way about her.
