Had an amazing time our group was there pretty late but the staff were so positive and kind!!! Dayna was especially awesome! The crepes were incredible I will definitely be coming back!

So I went to Centerville ut no service so I drive to layton and another place everything change my food was no presentation was very bad about 6 peaces of meat scramble eggs the waitress never came around and ask i we need anything and still want me to give a tips not even thank you for coming very bad service

very disappointed in the IHOP in Layton service was good. I got the food out to me in good time but everything was ice cold except for the bacon hashbrowns were cold. It was cold toast hadn’t even been buttered and it was cold. I know I won’t be going back there anytime soon.
Absolutely horrible experience. Placed a pickup order for myself and wife because we have a newborn. I arrive a little before expected time they say they are still working on it. Well 45 minutes later I get a message saying it’s ready so I go to the counter and they tell me it’s still not ready. I asked why is it marked as ready then. I ask them to go check how much longer and what place my ticket is. They come back and say there are large orders in front of it but no number. Again I say then why is it marked as ready? 5 more minutes I’m told well another 15 pass and still nothing. Absolutely horrible service and they lie to your face and lie on their systems to protect themselves and their metrics. Stop lying and changing your numbers be honest and take responsibility in your faults.
