The fruit smoothies for my wife & I were out of this world. The entire staff was friendly & warm. The store was clean & inviting. On a side note, this particular Jamba is adjacent to maybe the world's last remaining Radio Shack?

I ordered two plant-based pumpkin smash smoothies about 30 minutes ago. Within 10 minutes they were melted to liquid. I've been getting these every fall season for the last several years, and I've never had this issue before. When I picked them up, I could tell they didn't quite look the same as I remembered from past seasons. But it wasn't until I had driven away and starting sipping on one that I knew for sure something wasn't right. It seems they were missing some or all of the dairy free ice cream. Additionally, does 6 scoops of ice sound excessive? As one employee was instructing the other how to make it, I overheard her saying that this is how much she usually puts in. So disappointing. Especially when I look forward each Fall to having these.

The 2 boys here act like they don't want to be here made my drink 2 times and it was runny and gross thank God the manager came out because they did not want to fix it usually service is good but today was bad both boys sucked at there job

I was very impressed with my visit today. I asked if the smoothies I ordered had banana in them. Vincent asked if it was for an allergy, when I told them it was they offered to make the smoothies in the back to avoid cross contamination. I was super pleased they were willing to do this. This location constantly offers fantastic customer service.

This location has gone down so far down hill. The drinks/smoothies are just made so poorly now, doesn’t taste good, and more expensive than ever. Service is poor as well.

I went in for a food service delivery order. There were 3 people working. 2 of them were working hard on orders. But never looked up from their tasks to greet people. The other person was cleaning and never looked up or greeted anyone. I waited for 5 minutes just to find out my order was made and ready to go. It was behind the counter behind a stand. Not visible to anyone. It's really sad there wasn't any customer service in a job that requires customer service. Thanks for listening.
