Waited forever & they didn’t fill the cup up all the way but I figured it would be ok. For $10, the cup should be full though.
When I tried to drink it there were big frozen chunks still all together in the middle. Not drinkable. No offer to compensate for the mistake.

I’ve been there three times in two weeks and all times staff is just rude. One time girl got mad because I didn’t take my two drinks fast enough off the counter. Only two people in the store so not sure what her hurry was. One little Asian girl was very sweet and helpful other than this what is going on? Is management that bad that it’s effecting customer service? Somebody help this store!!!!!!

Is this location permanently closed? I tried to visit today and it was CLOSED.
White gummi is my absolute favorite and my husband loves carribean passion. They are a *little* spendy so this is only a special occasion thing for us, but when we went in last week my husband's carribean passion was just off and disappointing. I mentioned it in the survey I was sent, just to be honest about the whole thing and the manager reached out personally and made everything right for us!!! Seriously dedicated staff and I'm excited to go back in now. What could have made us not want to go back turned into a really positive experience making me want to go back more!

The fruit smoothies for my wife & I were out of this world. The entire staff was friendly & warm. The store was clean & inviting. On a side note, this particular Jamba is adjacent to maybe the world's last remaining Radio Shack?
